Great location, very clean, modern but dark and noisy during the day.

Pros: Perfect location in old town, close to the sea, modern and clean flat, easy communication

Cons: Our apartment, M, was very dark with little windows and a constant noise (noon to midnight) coming from the restaurant's exhaust. We also had a view to the same exhaust. Guess those who had light/view also got traffic noise from the street 24/7

Perfect location to see Funchal!

Pros: Location was amazing. Because of this you will have to deal with a bit of noise at night. Iron and ironing board came in handy. Good kitchen for cooking. Very helpful and attentive hosts. Keypads so 24hr access and no keys needed.

Cons: Door handle came off, but they fixed it in minutes.

Fantastic stay at FLH Viola Market

Pros: Both the appartment and the location are great. You walk right in and out of the city from your appartment. Really exceeded our expectations.

Cons: Only downside is no parking space. Would recommend to park at Parque Santa Luiza.

Spectacular place

Pros: - located in the heart of Funchal, easy to walk anywhere - 2 min walk to cable car - all amenities provided - washer dryer super helpful - cleaner attended the property during my 1 week stay to change towels, clean etc

Cons: - as a young solo traveler it’s perfect (especially for a longer stay), but it can get noisy on a Saturday night as there is a bar just outside which can be an issue to some people

Cons: It’s quite loud at night with local restaurants and live music, but the extra shutters help

Pros: The location is really good, next to the old town, market, promenade and right in the middle of town. The room has everything you need and is quite stylish and spacious.

Cons: There are some small things that could be maintained, like a crooked kitchen cabinet, loose door rubbers and scratches on the walls.
