Pros: great location, nice atmosphere. We had everything we needed and more.

Cons: there was a whole construction sight in front of our balcony and we constantly had builders peeking a look at us in the kitchen or on the balcony. The windows and doors are not soundproof at all, so it was very loud.

Pros: Everything as in the description. Only two drawbacks: - apartment being built below the balcony (it’s not too loud) - sometimes bad smell from the bathroom, but apartment was cleaned every 2-3 days

Pros: The appartment has everything and is really comfy. The view from the balcony was nice and it is in the middle of a nice place of the city. Restaurants, supermarkets, and bus lines are one foot away from the place.

Ideal place for the honeymoon

Pros: The apartment is well located, you can even walk to the centre of Funchal, but there are a lot of restaurants and shops right downstairs. The room has an ocean view, was extremely clean and nicely decorated and the furniture is new. The apartment was cleaned every two days. Our dishes were washed, but we also had a brand new sponge and detergent. Our host helped us rent a car and we paid a very good price for it (full insurance included). As we got the car through them, we parked for free in the underground parking. Communication with the owner was very easy via watsapp. We met our helpful host when we received the keys and when we rented the car.

Cons: We would have appreciated some paper towels in the kitchen and some coffee, as there is a coffee filter available.

Pros: Boa localização com acesso a supermercados, restaurantes, autocarros e jardins. O espaço do apartamento era amplo. Espaço agradável e limpo.

Cons: Havia obras por perto, a partir das 8 horas era impossível dormir. Todo o estacionamento em redor era pago, entre as 8 horas e as 20 horas.

Super bem localizado

Pros: Apartamento equipado com o necessário, bem localizado e com estacionamento. Água quente ser de termo acumulador não foi um ponto positivos.

Localização muito boa, anfitrião recebe muito bem os hóspedes, quarto é muito espaçoso e agradável.

Cons: Alojamento precisa melhorar a canalização das casas de banho, existe um mau cheiro. Há obras no exterior e bares em baixo que fazem barulho, são alheias ao alojamento mas causam impacto.

Pros: Apartamento recente com todas as comunidades, acesso a garagem e próximo das ruas de diversão.

Cons: Nada a assinalar.
