Pros: Good location, there is a mall very near only 5 minutes by foot. The apartment was clean and nice, equipped with everything we needed. The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable.
Cons: There was ongoing construction going on from 8am until 6pm every day except on weekends in the apartment next to us. We were informed of this only a few days before our trip but they did offer to refund the money if we decide to cancel. It was too late for us to change our plans so we decided to stay and they offered us a 20% discount. The stay would have been really great if it wasn’t for the construction as it was extremely loud and often felt like it was in our apartment. But this wasn’t something they could control.

I enjoyed the stay very much, it was good choice for me.
Pros: Nice apartment located on higher floor (4th) with good oceanview, very close to the beach, promenade and ocean swimming pools complex. Calm and quiet neighbourhood. Kitchen well equiped (with separate utility room with laundry); big and comfortable bed, big TV with Netflix option, blackout curtains in the bedroom and livingroom, USB socket embeded in sofa. Garage is in the same building, which was very important for me (however access to the garage is rather narrow - because of pillars - and requires very, very careful and slow entry/exit). Apartment located close to the big shopping mall and to bus stop (Funchal centre is located not so close, about 1 hour walk). Caring and responsive host. No problems with access as I had received detailed videos how to reach apartment and garage. I enjoyed the stay very much, it was good choice for me.
Cons: garage access (too narrow), narrow parking slot

tranquility overlooking the ocean
Pros: Beautiful view from the window. Spacious, comfortable apartments equipped with everything you need. There is a beach with natural pools nearby. A shopping center is a 7-minute walk away. Very good location of the apartments.

Very enjoyable holiday the representative for Atlantic holidays was very helpful.
Pros: Location was very convenient, supermarket around the corner and several restaurants in walking distant. The bus stop was very close , also the aero bus to take you to the aero port was within walking distance.

Amazing balcony oceanview that wins the heart! Very nice apartment and quiet place to relax.
Pros: Very quiet, calm and relaxed place with gorgeous oceanview and rock. There are plenty of restaurants around with good food, and nice supermarket in shopping mall nearby. The place is also not far from centerof Funchal, just 15-20 minutes. The apartment was very nice - well equipped and clean. The bed was comfy, the balcony with a view has it all.
Cons: nothing, we enjoyed our stay.

Good appartment with view
Pros: The appartment was big, nice, confortable and clean. Everything is working as expected and the view is very nice (except the shopping center) !
Cons: No aircon (only a fan). The shopping center down is not being maintained and is falling into ruins. We had issues to get the keys on arrival as the digit code of the building was being changed. But luckily someone let us in.

Pros: Mooie uitvalsbasis met parkeergarage, ruim en fijn appartement. Balkon met uitzicht op zee en zonsondergangen. Leuke restaurants om de hoek.
Cons: Het bed was op zich prima op te slapen maar kraakte enorm als je wilde omkeren.

Pros: Top Lage. Einkaufscenter, super Restaurants und Bademöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ruhige Lage. Negativ und positiv: für 12 Nächte liegen leider nur 1 kleines und 1 großes Handtuch pro Person bereit. Auf Nachfrage wurden von der Hausverwaltung 2 weitere Sätze zur Verfügung gestellt.
Cons: Leider fanden im Haus Renovierungsarbeiten statt. Von 9:30 bis 17 Uhr war es wegen Bohr- und Stemmarbeiten sehr laut. Ist leider das Risiko, in einem Wohnkomplex zu wohnen. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr, sehr dürftig. Wenige Teller, 2 Tassen, 1 Eierbecher für 2 Personen ist definitiv zu wenig. Leider hat das die Hausverwaltung anders gesehen und nicht nachgebessert. Negativ und positiv: für 12 Nächte liegen leider nur 1 kleines und 1 großes Handtuch pro Person bereit. Auf Nachfrage wurden von der Hausverwaltung 2 weitere Sätze zur Verfügung gestellt.

Wszystko jak najbardziej w porządku
Pros: Świetny gospodarz oraz niesamowity widok. Gospodarz służył pomocą na każdym etapie naszej podróży. Podobała mi się również instrukcja dostania się do apartamentu w postaci filmiku oprowadzającego po obiekcie.

Heerlijke vakantie locatie
Pros: Een mooi uitzicht over de oceaan en een mooie zonsondergang. Alleen jammer dat het plein tussen het complex zo verpauperd is. Het appartement was schoon en alles was keurig digitaal geregeld. We hebben geen enkel hostes of ander persoon gezien. De inrichting is zeer compleet echt alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig.
Cons: Het matras. Eigenlijk vind ik het matras Het belangrijkste van een accommodatie. Een goede nachtrust is (voor ons) heel belangrijk. Het matras is te zacht en er is een slaapkuil aan de raamzijde. Door een kussen onder het matras te plaatsen kwam het matras omhoog. Wanneer je er dan op gaat liggen heb je minder last van de kuil in het matras. In de badkamer kon het soms naar riool stinken. Ik vermoed dat dat door het bidet komt. Deze kan je ook niet meer gebruiken.
