Pros: Apartament jest przestronny i nowoczesny - z balkonu widok na ocean i najwyższy klif na Maderze, z drugiej strony plantacja bananów. Są tam wszystkie udogodnienia łącznie z pralką i zmywarką wraz ze środkami. Łazienki mają wannę i prysznic. Parking podziemny na poziomie -3, można też parkować na pobliskich ulicach. W najbliższej okolicy liczne restauracje, które są bardzo dobrze oceniane. Obok apartamentowca jest sklepik spożywczy. Dla spragnionych wiekszych zakupów niedaleko galeria handlowa. Bardzo blisko do plaży Formosa i jej naturalnych basenów. Spędziliśmy tu bardzo miło nasz urlop. Polecam.
