Amazing

Pros: The hosts were amazing and attentive, the facilities were unmatched and the place was really comfortable.

Pros: The apartment was perfect and had everything we could wish for. Also what we really liked is that it was very well equiped and it had washing powder, soap for the dishes, and basic items like oil/herbs etc.

Fantastic host, nice space, in the outer part of Funchal

Pros: The hosts are super nice, flexible and very helpful. They were available for any questions and requests and helped us a lot. Nice and spacious apartment, with good space for luggage and cloths in wardrobe. Free parking. Kitchen is a bit basic, but had everything what we needed. We appreciated the welcome snacks as we arrived very late. Fantastic to have washing machine after a dirty hike :)

Cons: Small things - ventilation in the kitchen could be improved as the hub was not that efficient and there is only one window. Similar for the bathroom, maybe a stronger vent? Note the location - it is uphill and not in the center - bit tricky to get there, you´ll need your driving skills :) due to humidity some of the spices in the kitchen were fully clumped - but we appreciated that it was there.

Winter walking break

Pros: Easy parking. Responsive hosts. Spacious, spotlessly clean and well thought through accommodation. Comfortable bed and excellent shower.

Cons: Minor niggle - if self catering could benefit from colander and grater - other items excellent.

Pros: Apartamento en la parte alta de Funchal (Monte), muy cerca del funicular. La dueña Rita fue muy amable con nosotros y se preocupó de que estuvieramos muy agusto. El apartamento es amplio y muy bien equipado. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario y el baño tiene también lo básico (toallas, jabón, lavadora con detergente...). En el apartamento tienes total intimidad y un patio exterior.

Pěkné ubytování v kopci

Pros: Ubytování bylo prostorné, plně vybavené, i s pračkou, za kterou se nemuselo platit. Rita byla velmi ochotná a na naše dotazy rychle odpovídala. U ubytování jsou i autobusové zastávky, takže nebyl problém se zde pohybovat bez auta. Zároveň jsme zde ale mohli naše auto bez problému zaparkovat. Byl zde taky výhled na oceán a na město a menší předzahrádka.

Cons: Ubytování bylo v prudkém kopci, což je ale v Monte všechno.
