Perfect place for stay in Funchal

Pros: Localization in peaceful area, walking distance to the Botanical Garden. The view is marvelous. The apartment very clean, extremely well equiped. Very profesional and nice contact with the owner. We were extremely well satisfied❤️

Pros: Great view, photos don't lie. Large apartment with all equipment you need. Even sofa was comfortable. Location is perfect, at the hill in calm area,near nice bakery and shops. Few buses going often from/ to Funchal center.

Apartment with amazing view

Pros: Appartement with beautiful view over the city. We loved just spending the afternoon on the balcony. The communication with the host was perfect and it was very easy to reach the apartment. The parking is a big plus. It’s about half an hour walking downhill to the old city. From the apartment it’s 5 minutes walking to the botanical garden. Unfortunately the téléferico was out of service otherwise it would have been perfect to make a roundtrip from this botanical garden to the Monte Palace Botanical garden.

Cons: The pillows were a bit thin and hard for our liking. Sitting on the balcony you could hear the cars and buses making the tight turn next to the apartment very well.

Pros: The building is new. The view is amazing. Private parking lot.

Cons: There were some ants. There were not enough cutlery. Some dishes were broken.

We liken the place

Pros: Everything that might be needed was there. The furniture is all well thought out, and all new. It was also very good in terms of privacy.

Cons: Because it was below ground level, there was a musty smell, and it always needed ventilation. It was infested with ants. It would have been good to have air conditioning to keep warm when it got cold.

Pros: Great location, modern and well equipped top floor apartment with fantastic views across Funchal.

Cons: There were some ants present so food has to be wrapped and surfaces kept clean. This wasn't a problem for us.

Great location - value for money for 3 or more people

Pros: The apartment was really clean , great layout and catered for what you’d need. There were spare towels so if you’re staying a few nights you can have a fresh towel unlike other apartments/ self service stays. The location was great , the view from the balcony was beautiful. Only stay if you’re hiring a car. The owners instructions were great with lots of tips on local places. Would 100% recommend. A bargain

Cons: The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, I didn’t sleep well any of the nights. They seemed like quite cheap pillows and you could do with more than 1.

Cosy with great view over the city

Pros: Very cosy apartment with great view on port over all city. In apartment you have everything what is needed for shorter or longer stay. It’s possible to preorder private parking. Apartment have also elevator. 5 min walk to Botanical Garden

Pros: Very clean and quiet.. the view from the balcony is spectacular!!

I will recommend it 100%

Pros: Clean modern apartment, bus stop nearby, everything perfect.
