Wonderful apartment - highly recommend!

Pros: Fantastic location - everywhere walkable. Great lounge / kitchen /diner area - very spacious. 3 bathrooms!

Excellent, very comfortable, great location and great host.

Pros: Great location, fabulous key and instruction handover from the host. Very well equipped apartment.

Cons: There was nothing that we didn't like. A couple of suggestions would be somewhere to hang items on the back of the bedroom and bathroom door, an extractor fan in the twin room bathroom - other than that everything was perfect.

This was our favorite Apartment in all of Portugal.

Pros: From the moment we met at our gracious hosts outside to the checkout… the entire experience was perfection. The home was lovely. Beds were extremely comfortable. Apartment supplied with everything we needed. Super convenient with a grocery store at the base of the building. Short walk to the ocean. Parking lot in the building. Literally could not have asked for anything more.

Great location close to everything

Pros: The apartment was in a great location and very clean.

Cons: There is a droning noise coming from a machine outside next to the bedrooms it takes a bit of getting used to.

Relaxing and comfortable apartment that you will leave only because Madeira is out there!

Pros: Joao is a great guy and very welcoming host. Apartment is on the best possible location in Funchal. Apartment is on two sides, having a breeze if needed - super useful on hot days. It costs a bit more than average for Funchal, but if you want a relaxing holiday, you will find it worth your money. PS. Try handmade burgers in the shopping mole below. PPS. Leave a tip for Joao!

Cons: Building is in a really bad shape. It is new and looks new, but its actually in a poor condition. Elevators are a death trap. I was kinda worried...

Fully enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

Pros: Very spacious apartment. Large bedrooms with two bathrooms plus separate wash room. Two balconies front and back with the benefit of sun morning and afternoon. Location was perfect. Parking was also a bonus as we were in the centre of town.

Pros: Die Lage Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung Sehr sauber Sehr großes Apartment Parkhaus

Cons: Geräusche von den Aggregaten Zeitweise geruchsbelästigung Keine Begrüßungs Kleinigkeit wie Wasser, Madeira Wein oder ähnliches, dass kennen wir ganz anders von Madeira. Jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber es sollte bei dem Preis erwähnt werden.
