Pros: Everything really. All good . Excellent location The apartment looked exactly like the photos. We used the washing machine. .this apartment is attached to the Plaza shopping center was handy for a quick food shop.
Cons: Maybe a few more extra towels to cover our stay.

Very comfortable and modern apartment in central location
Pros: The place was super comfortable, very well equipped kitchen, laundry room, large smart TV, nice living room and dining, good internet, comfortable bed and located in the centre of Funchal. There is a shopping mall and a large supermarket in the building so it's very convenient for the daily purchases.
Cons: The place look to an interior, so there is no view of anything except for other flats. The tub/shower has no screen (this is by design) so a lot of water ends up on the bathroom floor.

Pros: Great apartment, spacious, and clean, with all equipment you might need. Located in city center, but quiet durig night. Parking place in underground garage is included in stay. All shops and restaurants are very close.

Lovely property with one issue.
Pros: Responsive staff. Easy person-less check-in. Everything was shared on video message on WhatsApp. Location is perfect. Just above the Plaza Madeira mall that had big grocery store and many restaurants in it. CR7 museum and other attractions at walking distance. Apartment was clean and had all facilities needed. Alocated free Parking
Cons: Bathroom exhaust did not work and made the usage of it very challenging and sink had a slow drainage. Both issues were reported but were not fixed during our stay of 8 days but only message shared that it is building issue and being checked. Drain cleaner was mentioned as added by staff, but made no difference, it still was slow. We just avoided chasing on it afterwards. Property is 10/10 but the bathroom made it a 8.

Pros: Nagyon kényelmes, tiszta, csendes és jól felszerelt a szálláshely. Közel van minden. Szuper, hogy ingyenes parkoló tartozik hozzá. A szállasadó nagyon kedves, meglepetés itallal kedveskedett nekünk, illetve a szálláson egy hasznos tippeket tartalmazó füzet is elérhető volt.
Cons: Ilyen nincs.

Tágas, világos lakás Funchal központjában
Pros: Kiváló elhelyezkedésű, modern, jól felszerelt lakás. Gyakorlatilag a Plaza Madeira fölött laktunk, miközben a bérelt autónkat az épület alatti mélygarázsban biztonságos körülmények között tudtuk tárolni. Marisela könnyen elérhető, kedves és segítőkész volt. A lépcsőházból kilépve boltokat, éttermeket és még gyógyszertárat is találsz. Pár percre van az Arriaga sétálóutca és közel van a kikötő is.

Pros: Czysty, przestronny i zadbany apartament. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Duży plus za prywatne miejsce parkingowe (nie musiliśmy się martwić o wypożyczone auto). Galeria handlowa w budynku, niedaleko centrum miasta. Pomocna Pani gospodarz.
Cons: Jedynie niewielki minus za trudności ze znalezieniem miejsca parkingowego. Musieliśmy zaparkować w galerii handlowej (postój płatny- warto mieć drobne), następnie udać się do apartamentu aby wziąć kartę do innego parkingu, który znajduje się w innym wjeździe podziemnym oraz przeparkować samochód na wyznaczone miejsce. Natomiast bez problemu udało nam się skontaktować z gospodarzem obiektu i ustalić szczegóły.

Pros: La ubicación excelente, en la parte baja de la ciudad, céntrico y sobre un centro comercial con hipermercado. La atención de Marisela fue excelente, lo hizo todo muy fácil, tanto la entrega como la despedida, poniendo todo de su parte sin ser intrusiva en absoluto. El tener parking incluido es una gran ventaja. El apartamento, comodísimo, con todo lo necesario: lavavajillas, lavadora...
Cons: Por poner una pega, en la ducha no había mampara/cortina de ducha, pero esto realmente no fue un problema, dado que la ducha está algo retranqueada y, con un poco de cuidado, el agua no se sale.

Wspaniałe miejsce
Pros: Naprawdę wszystko było super. Marisela, która przyszła przekazać nam klucze była bardzo pomocna, wszystko nam wyjaśniła, pokazała, była z nami w stałym kontakcie. Sam apartament miał naprawdę wszystko, czego nam potrzeba, a nawet więcej. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, a nawet pralnia z deską do prasowania i żelazkiem. W mieszkaniu było tak czysto jakbyśmy byli pierwszymi jego użytkownikami. Polecam z całego serca. Dodatkowo lokalizacja nie mogła być lepsza. Wszędzie mieliśmy blisko. Dodatkowym atutem był parking, o co ciężko w Funchal.
Cons: Jedynym minusem (jeżeli w ogóle mam się do czegoś przyczepić) jest to, że budynek, w którym apartament jest położony, jest bardzo duży, pierwszego dnia trochę skomplikowane było odnalezienie się.
