Pros: Very nice apartment. Had a few issues on arrival but Anna and Andres sorted out. Superb location on the edge of the old town. Fantastic balcony with great views of the hills. Modern with all you need for a comfortable stay. The entrance is confusing as its on the opposite side of the building entrance to the mall. Once you're in though everything ok.
Cons: The explanation of the where the entrance is.

Comfortable downtown stay
Pros: The size of this apartment was a surprise, the living area was enormous. Bright, clean, and located in a perfect central location. We had a very comfortable stay. The building is easy to find, and easy to access. The car park is helpful, and the host very responsive. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, as well as the marina.
Cons: We only had two issues. The beds are all very hard, and for such a large property, capable of hosting so many guests, there were only 4 bowls, 4 plates, 4 glasses etc.

Comfort, Convenience, and Charm in Central Funchal
Pros: The apartment is ideally located above a shopping mall in the heart of Funchal, making it a fantastic place to stay. Everything you need is within easy reach, and the airport bus stops just a few meters from the building. The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning, offering beautiful view of Funchal and the surrounding mountains, especially breathtaking at night. With shops and a food court conveniently located on the ground and second floors, everything is at your fingertips. The host was very friendly and provided us with helpful information about Madeira. The apartment itself is clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, and a lovely balcony. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Madeira.
Cons: What I missed from either Booking.com or the host was a clearer description of where to meet upon arrival. The main entrance to the apartment is actually on the opposite side of the building, whereas the address provided in the reservation leads to the main entrance of the shopping center. We had some difficulty finding each other at first, but eventually managed to connect. It might be helpful if the reservation included a note indicating that the meeting point is on the opposite side. Thankfully, we were able to call the host, and everything worked out in the end.

Pros: Spacious bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and good-sized bathrooms in a modern building. Aerobus stops right outside, supermarket and other amenities are right next door and the waterfront and main drag are an easy walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and dealt patiently with this stressed and panicky traveller on arrival. Really appreciated having the option to use the onsite parking too.
Cons: I liked everything about the flat, but the main road can get noisy.

Excellent option to stay for longer time in Funchal
Pros: Super spacious and neat apartment, very conveniently located in the same building as Plaza Madeira Mall. Multiple bathrooms, balconies and large living room.

Marianna nagyon kedves ,cuki.Kiváló helyen található,a pláza felett.A lakás jól felszeret,edényekkel,poharakkal tányérokkal. Jól ellátott Kényelmes lakás 3 fő is kényelmessen elfér.A buszmegálló a pláza előtt,Jól éreztük magunkat,olyan volt mint,otthon.Tiszteletünk a házigazdáknak.

Cons: На кухню можно приобрести доску для нарезания. В одной из ванных комнат запах канализации
