Pros: Fast and good communication with the host, they respected our request for flexible check-in time. Nice and super well equipped flat, has everything for a week stay. Close to the beach and the promenade, also some partial sea view from the balcony and important feature is the garage as well. From the garage direct access with elevator. We'd come back to the same place again.
Cons: You need good skills to park in the garage ;-) but you can get there with a bit of help at the beginning. Just come with a small car (VW T-Roc was on the edge). I'd advise to print a short info-manual that would contain the basics, ie. where to dump the garbage, what to do with recycle material, where is the washing pod, ... etc to reduce the need to ask every time. Thouh as said, communication was fast and efficient.

Great stay, would stay again.
Pros: Great host who handed me the keys as my flight was delayed, good location, small supermarket around the corner, large supermarket 5-10 mins walk away. Nice terrace and everything needed for comfortable stay. Right next to the promenade for nice walks in either direction.
Cons: Building door lock was troublesome, but contacted host and sorted immediately with access through the garage door and elevator, so no huge issue. Maybe needs a little bit of a spruce up, the smaller shower leaked outside of the cubicle and one of the loungers could do with a change. But that's me being picky, as overall very good for the price and I would definitely stay there again.

Overall pleasurable
Pros: Location was great, within walking distance to various places, i.e. restaurants, small shopping store, beaches.
Cons: Parking Bay allocated to that unit is extremely difficult to get into. After various attempts, we chose not to use it since we had a hired car and we didnt want to risk damaging it. Small cars will be easier, i.e. SMART car or similar. Across the road from the unit are parking bays marked with an M. I temporarily parked there and received a fine. So I then opted to find paid parking a short distance from the unit.

A lovely holiday apartment right on the seafront and close to shops and restaurants
Pros: The apartment was bright, spacious and well equipped. We especially loved the big balcony where you could watch the sunrise and then have breakfast outside. The location was great - close to shops, restaurants and the bus stop for getting to Funchal. We really enjoyed our stay.
Cons: The assigned parking space in the basement garage was very difficult to get into (unless you have a small car!).

Amazing!!! Loved it and was sad to leave
Pros: We loved this apartment! Fantastic location and facilities. It was exactly what we were hoping for. Quiet, relaxed and the balcony was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped, comfy bed, comfy sofa. Perfect! Would definitely recommend.
Cons: The key to the main entrance was a little stiff / tricky and we thought we weren't going to get in. But we sussed it. There was a knack!

Sehr schöner, erholsamer Aufenthalt.
Pros: Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Grosszügige Wohnung mit grossem Balkon, schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.
Cons: Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist sehr eng. Da passt nur ein kleines Auto (z.B.Seat Ibiza) rein. Das hätte ich gerne vorher gewusst. Nachts ist es ruhig in der Gegend. Gegen Morgen Verkehrslärm.

Pros: Moc hezký apartmán s pěkným výhledem na oceán. Velmi dobře vybaven, komunikace s ubytovatelem perfektní. Krásná lokalita.
Cons: Slabší WiFi a horší parkování, ale s menším autem (např. škoda fabia) to jde zvládnout.

Super Wohnung in top Lage
Pros: Frühstück mit Ausblick aufs Meer, mega Sonnenuntergänge direkt aus der Wohnung zu sehen. Parkplatz (auch wenn man GUT einparken können muss 😜) vorhanden.
Cons: Die Straße (und manche Hunde in der Gegend) war sehr laut.
