Perfect apartment.

Pros: Everything was superb. We felt like home. The host was super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious, clean, well equipped, simply perfect. Big plus for the parking place. Very close walking distance to the city centre and the shore.

Beautiful apartment for a good price

Pros: Lovely and spacious place with lots of convenient amenities like dishwasher and coffee maker. Great pad all together.

Cons: The boiler wasn’t heating up the water for the shower effectively. A friend complained few times. No clear directions as to where to dispose the rubbish. We had to message the owner.

Pros: Fantastic apartment in a well positioned spot between Funchal town and the Lido area. Very clean, modern apartment, well equipped and very comfortable. Hidden away in a secured complex, well suited to explore the wonders of Madeira. Excellent service from Graca before departure and on arrival being met and shown around the apartment. Great place, we'll definitely be revisiting.

Really nice place to stay for a family with kids.

Pros: It's a modern building, located not far from the city center, so we were able to get around with kids without a car. There is a small playground in the quiet yard, that you can see from the kitchen window or balcony. Large balcony on the other side of the building facing green ravine and Estada Monumental - quite a busy street but not very noisy. You can listen birds in the trees and flowing water down below.

Cons: Probably, put some towel racks in the bathrooms could be a good idea.
