Pros: Excellent location, very nice view from the terrace & room. Food/drinks are good but not excellent, quite standard, available almost whole day. Animation every evening. would stay again.

Cons: hotel was full, staff in the dining area doesn't cope and looks tired. room is outdated but passable, everything works.

Beachfront hotel at calm outskirts of Funchal

Pros: The friendly staff and new years dinner. Amazing sea view from each room.

Cons: Some technical hiccups at restaurant and in the room, cold swimming pools. All in all great place, combined with outdoor activities from local agencies.

Pros: Nice room, no trouble upgrading to disabled room. Food exceptional and plentiful. Staff helpful in arranging rental of powered pushchair and taxis.

Cons: Very busy, Self service cafeteria type restaurant was difficult in pushchair.

Pros: Relaxing atmosphere. Friendly professional staff. All inclusive selection excellent. Live music every night. Great pools. Very clean

Great location and beautiful views!

Pros: Great location and sea view! Comfortable beds and the room was clean. Friendly staff. Lovely murals on the outside of the hotel and grounds were also very well maintained.

Cons: The gym is not great (only a few cardio machines and on the first floor landing (so no separate room). Having said that, staff did offer the use of the gym at their sister hotel (5 minutes walk away) but we never took up the offer. The food (we stayed on an all inclusive basis) and drinks were ok, but it would have been even better had there been more local (Madeiran or Portuguese) food options available.

Spectacular ❤️

Pros: I liked and loved everything about this property. My family enjoyed our stay. It was one of the most talked about vacation of my 8 year old son. The location was perfect. Food was overflowing. Swimming pool was great plus the Jacuzzi (where we always stayed 😂) we will definitely coming back and we will recommend this property to our family and friends.

Cons: Maybe add more flavors to the food. As a person with high salt tolerance. I found the food, a bit bland.

Pros: the staff is wonderful! very welcoming and kind. the hotell was clean, room was comfortable, beautiful view to the ocean. generous amounts of food and drinks,.

Cons: unfortunately i can't say the food was great. it was fresh and there was plenty of it, though!
