Pros: Flat was big, roomy enough for 4 given there's two showers and toilets.
Cons: A little niggle but nothing major was the dance school next door. If you're having a siesta they can get pretty loud, but I learnt to time this before their practice started.

Fully-equipped apartment in a central location
Pros: The apartment was really nicely done out inside and had everything we needed. There is a bedroom with plenty of space for clothes etc, a living area, there are two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen area and a terrace area with table and chairs. It’s in a great location which is central but not noisy. The host communicated very well, sending clear video instructions of how to find the apartment and how to get in. The area felt safe and so did the building.
Cons: Unfortunately the doors to the balcony didn’t lock. We communicated this with the host, who said he would send someone round as soon as they were available. This didn’t happen during our week stay, although it was over the Christmas period. The doors did close but it would have given us more peace of mind if we were able to lock them.

Apartamento com boa qualidade e uma localização excelente
Pros: Localização e qualidade do apartamento. E a cordialidade na oferta e qualidade do pequeno almoço.
Cons: Do barulho da escola de dança no apartamento ao lado. Principalmente nas horas noturnas.

Pros: Świetna lokalizacja, aż dwie łazienki z prysznicami i toaletami, duży balkon, cicha noc na uliczka w samym centrum starej, zabytkowej części Madery. Wszędzie blisko, do tego dostaliśmy śniadania w hotelu oddalonym o 6 minut spacerem.
Cons: Ścianę obok działa szkoła tańca. Trochę to słychać.

Pros: Departamento muy limpio, ordenado y comodo. Tenia todo lo necesario. Ademas la ubicacion es excelente. El desayuno que ofrecen en un hotel a un par de cuadras tambien es buenisimo.
Cons: No entregan de manera clara la informacion respecto del estacionamiento. Lo publican como que el estacionamiento esta incluido pero no es asi, se paga aparte. Efectivamente lo dicen, pero es poco claro el mensaje. Ademas el estacionamiento hay que pagarlo por separado y en dinero efectivo (bastante sospechoso) Además, hay algunos dias que el departamento de al lado hacaen clases de baile y ponen musica muy fuerte durante algunas horas.

Pros: Apartamento precioso muy bien situado, muy cómodo y con todo tipo de detalle. Muy limpio y confortable. Opción de parking en el propio edificio y desayuno buffet disponible en un hotel a menos de 5 min andando. Nos encantó!!

Svårt att tänka sig ett bättre boende i Funchal.
Pros: Mycket bra skick på lägenheten (många lägenheter uppfattas som att värden har valt billigast möjliga lösningar i all inredning - inte i det här fallet!) och fantastiskt läge i centrala Funchal. Värden erbjöd även frukost på ett närliggande hotell, vilket gjorde att vi fick det bästa av två världar - en rymlig lägenhet men även hotellfrukost. André är också mycket kommunikativ och svarade snabbt på alla frågor, och var smidig att ha att göra med under hela vistelsen.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und stilvoll, zentrumsnah und dennoch ruhig.
Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und stilvoll, qualitativ eingerichtet und bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten komplett ausgestattet. Sie liegt zentrumsnah und dennoch ruhig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war absolut unkompliziert, er hat uns sogar eine Videoanweisung für den Check-in geschickt. Für den gesamten Aufenthalt hat er uns Frühstück in einem nur fünf Gehminuten entfernten Hotels angeboten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Parkplatz kann für 10€/Tag gebucht werden. Extra Pul für WLAN und Smart-Vernseher. Man kann hervoragend Videos, Fotos und Stream-Videos an Fernseher übertragen.
Cons: Es gab jedoch auch einige Nachteile: 1. Der Safe ist viel zu klein und zudem nicht funktionsfähig. 2. Es war absolut unklar, wie die Müllentsorgung geregelt ist. Trotz Nachfrage blieben die Vorgaben zur Mülltrennung und der Entsorgungsort unklar. 3. Die Unterkunft ist definitiv nicht für Personen geeignet, die abends (17–22 Uhr) absolute Ruhe brauchen, da sich direkt nebenan eine Tanzschule befindet. Es war oft schon ab 9 Uhr morgens laut und blieb bis 22 Uhr geräuschintensiv. Dafür gibt's aber zwei Meinungen: für mich war schon nervig, meine Frau hat kaum gestört. 4. Ameisen: Tagsüber unsichtbar, doch nachts erobern sie die Küche und alles, was auf dem Küchentisch liegt.
