The best view and accommodation in Madeira
Pros: I totally recommend this apartment, it is exactly as in the picture, it has everything you need (sugar, salt, coffee, 2 types of coffe machine, toaster,iron, washing machine and also detergent).The view is really impressive, free parking spot in the complex, the agent,Catarina,was amazing , she welcomed us even if we arrived very late!She helped us with everything we requested!the best accommodation in Madeira!Also there is a good grill portuguese restaurant in front of the complex, there is also a pastry near.
Cons: I only regret that we did not spend more time on the island

Great view and comfortable stay
Pros: Lovely balcony stretches across the entire apartment, allowing you to see the gorgeous view all the time plus have fresh air as all doors can be open all day. The kitchen is much better equipped with quality items than I have ever encountered in other apartment rentals. TV size is large, Netflix provided Fantastic bakery next door Free parking
Cons: The apartment lacked disposables - no spare trash bag, kitchen towels, no cleaning material at all to whip the table or kitchen counter, no sponge, nothing to clean the floor with eg bathroom floor

Pros: Удобно расположенные апартаменты с видом на океан.
Cons: Долго ждали заселения вечером с детьми, однако, в этот день было много бронирований и один менеджер.

Goede accommodatie in Funchal
Pros: De ligging van het appartement, de zaakjes in de buurt oa heerlijk zaakje om te ontbijten. Goede restaurants in de buurt. Goede busverbinding
Cons: De hygiëne, puntje van aandacht; had beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden. Rolgordijnen in de keuken zijn aan vervanging toe. Evenals overtrek over de bank, zitten vlekken op. Badkamer kan ook een opknapbeurt gebruiken. Iets comfortabeler meubilair om op balkon te zitten.En wat zeker erg irritant is dat de buitendeur van het appartement heel slecht open te krijgen is. Vergt veel geduld. Is echt aan nieuw slot toe!

Goede uitvalsbasis voor bezoek Funchal en omgeving.
Pros: Goed geoutilleerd appartement. Bakker, supermarkt en restaurants op loopafstand. Bus stopt voor de deur. 3 kwartier lopen naar centrum. Slot of sleutel van de hoofdingang van het wooncomplex moet vervangen.

Pros: Bardzo piękny widok z tarasu na ocean. Za rogiem super restauracja Central Grill, obok również kawiarnia z pyszną kawą, ciastkami i pieczywem. W pobliżu są linie autobusowe do centrum. Samo mieszkanie wygodne, dobrze urządzona kuchnia, miejsce parkingowe pod domem. W połowie pobytu zmieniono nam pościel i ręczniki (byliśmy na Maderze 10 dni).
Cons: Przydałby się zapasowy zestaw ręczników oraz dodatkowe czyste poduszki z powłoczkami.

Pros: Wirklich gut ausgestattet, alles war sauber und hat einwandfrei funktioniert! Die Lage ist gut, rundherum gibt es mehrere Bushaltestellen, die einen in verschiedene Richtungen bringen. Trotz zentraler Lage eine ruhige Gehend, auch nachts (lediglich die laut knatternden Motorräder hört man quer durch die Stadt). Immer ein freier Parkplatz hinterm Haus.
Cons: Das Schloss der Haustür (fürs Gebäude), aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts. Da brauchte man manchmal viel Geduld bzw. Fingerspitzengefühl.

Excelente estancia en Funchal
Pros: Excelente localización. El apartamento está dotado con todos los servicios para tener una excelente estancia. Las vistas de la terraza y la buena localización para desplazarte de lo mejor. El personal súper atento y resolutivo. Nos cambiaron sábanas y toallas a los 4 días. Tienes cafetería, panaderia, un pequeño supermercado y un par de restaurantes a 50 metros. Parada de bus (el 3 y el 8) a 30 metros del apartamento y te dejan en el centro de Funchal. Dan servicio hasta casi las 12 de la noche. Puedes aparcar dentro de la propiedad en plazas exteriores junto al portal así que no tienes que preocuparse por el parking si alquilas coche. El aire acondicionado perfecto para verano.
