Excellent apartment in really good position and good value too

Pros: Loved the position, loved the space, and the contact with ‘we host’ was excellent

Cons: We stayed 2 weeks and would have liked somewhere in the bathroom to hang towels. Likewise coat hooks just inside the apartment door would have been another advantage

Pros: - The location is a great plus, walkable distance everywhere (restaurants, bus stops, ocean). - the apartment is well equipped (kitchen, basic toiletries) - very clean

Cons: - The staff sends links to online portals where they ask ab providing personal data. This seem unjustified and the privacy policy doesn’t cover in detail the usage of personal data as well as data storage - The wooden windows in the apartment look original and nice, however they do not provide any noise protection. The street is quite busy and even at night it gets quite loud. During our stay there were many festivals with loud music until 1am by the ocean front and we couldn’t sleep at all due to the noise. - There was a constant renovation happening in the building - we came here for workation and it wasn’t really possible to work from the apartment due to noise and smell of paint for several hours - no early checkin, check in is possible only from 16:00 - for that value the above disadvantages should have been minimized

Pros: Все очень понравилось Расположение супер Лучше чем ожидали Кафе, рестораны, Набережная, рынок, 2 больших супермаркета (работают с 07:30), автобусная станция во все концы города, ВСЁ в 3 минутах ходьбы!!! Шестой этаж -это очень большой плюс Такие виды!!! Лифт есть до 5 этажа! На шестом этаже только эти апартаменты Ни каких соседей! Все есть в квартире! Все работает! Жена была счастлива, что попали в эту квартиру Готова к заселению была уже в 11 утра!

Nie da się znaleźć lepszej lokalizacji w Funchal.

Pros: Mieszkanie w starej, klimatycznej kamienicy. Wejście przez key-locker, bez konieczności spotkania się z gospodarzem. Lokalizacja na 6. piętrze bez windy, ale nie stanowiło to żadnych problemów, bowiem klatka schodowa super klimatyczna, a i daje to super widok z tej wysokości na Funchal i \

Cons: Jedyne do czego możemy się przyczepić to brak wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience i dość wysoka cena. Również brak herbaty i kapsułek na kawę, co sprawiło, że nie skorzystaliśmy wcale z ekspresu, bo nie wiedzieliśmy, które kapsułki kupić w Pingo Doce. Mimo tego apartament WYJĄTKOWY 10/10.
