Great location and comfortable residence.

Pros: Very good location for the old town and the waterfront. The apartment is on the first floor and there's a lift, so good for people of limited mobility. Our hosts provided good recommendations for local restaurants which was great as there are so many! Apartment has everything you need for staying a week or two. Nearby bakery and coffee shops good for breakfast.Oh, and the flat is quite large...and the building quiet and clean.

Cons: The bed is slightly hard. Not a problem for us but perhaps for others. Also, being in the old town and near a road, there's road noise ...we only noticed it in the mornings.

Pros: Central location in old town.Balcony with nice street view. Comfortable bed. Washing machine. Welcome treats. Good communication with staff. Nice appartment.

Cons: Nothing really. Fold out sofa not that comfortable but there was a better foldup bed provided.

Good value for money

Pros: The location was great, close to everything. The apartment was well equipped and welcoming. Also the host was kind and supportive with our questions

Cons: The floor was not well vacuumed

Pros: Location , stores , beach , 5min walking ,apartment 1B was cosy , has everything you need, lots of towels , blankets , kitchen has everything you can think of

Cons: Noise outside , city centre , cars motorbikes, u cn hear everything , didnt not get a good nights sleep unfortunately

Perfect apartment to stay in Funchal, amazing location and relatively good value for money!

Pros: The location of the property is perfect, close to all attractions & restaurants in Funchal. Apartment is perfect for 2 people, we used the sofa bed for the 3rd person which could be more comfortable but great value for money! Had a smart TV as well which is nice.

Cons: Unable to park very close to apartment, closest parking was 8 minute walk away in parking lot (Parking Santa Luzia - 5 euro parking for 24 hours) but this was very doable.

Great however with a clause

Pros: Apartment is modern and well equipped, luminous. Bed was comfortable, I had a good sleep. I enjoyed the balcony it had. This place is calm no matter of its central location. It was walking distance to numerous spots and activities. I appreciated the Welcome \

Cons: 1. Kinda low-key customer service. They checked-me into the apartment almost one hour later, about 4.45PM only after couple of phone calls. They never replied my messages on booking.com or Homie. (It was caused by their mistake, i was given the check-in instructions to another apartment, wrong number.) 2. My white socks turned into \

Beautiful view and comfortable flat

Pros: The most thing I liked was the location. We lived in the apartment 3E and the view on the old town was very beautiful. I would say it was quite calm including the fact that it’s a town. Also it was nice to get the small bottles of shampoo and shower gel. The flat was is like in the photos.

Cons: It wasn’t properly vacuumed in the flat. But the owner offered to clean it one more time. It’s was very kind. Also I didn’t like auto messages about payment because the flat had been already paid. It was strange and disturbing. I hope the hosts will solve the issue. Because it wasn’t the first time, other guests also wrote about this.

What a lovely place!

Pros: What a lovely apartment! We really enjoyed the place, spacious, right in the middle of Funchal, great view from the window! Two big supermarkets were just a stones throw from the apartment, abundance of restaurants, coffee and snack bars, marina and bus stops from airport. The kitchen had everything what was needed to prepare and cook a meal. I Absolutely loved the place😊

Cons: The check in is from 16.00 hours, a bit late if your flight is early in the morning.

Pros: Great location of the apartment, has everything what you need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend

Cons: I was missing iron but this is definitely not the most important thing to have on holidays :)

Great stay

Pros: Amazing location, super clean and comfortable, included everything you wanted. Company was really helpful and communication was great.

Cons: Not much natural light but other than that everything was great!
