Apartamentos Matur Flats 2

Pros: Had all the facilities we required, even allowed an early check in. Lots of parking

Pros: Amazing place. Leandro is a fantastic host.. Will definitely contact him again when ill return to madeira.

Really nice

Pros: It’s big, comfortable, has a full equipped kitchen. The runway its pretty close so of course you hear the planes but you can also watch them form the balkony! there are No planes at night so that was not a problem ;) It’s really soundproof and + to that it’s warm inside not like in some Portuguese apartments where is cold as if you were sleeping outside :)

Clean and Good Household Equipment👍🏼

Pros: Very clean. Good kitchen. The bathroom was also very nice. There is a Tenniscourt so u have to watch something in the evening when you get bored. ;) Overall it was a nice stay.

Pros: Everything was Nice and clean, great balcony view. Owner very polite

Cons: Road to the house is really steep so if you dont have a car you will walk from machico for around 30-40 minutes uphill.

I would recommend this apartment, owner is also a very nice person and speaks English so there is no problem with commun

Pros: Silent hood, near airport (it can be noisy but there is also nice spot behind the bushes when you can watch taking off and landing airplanes), for us after a long daily trips planes were not problem but it should be considered before reservation :) we have been also surprised how apartment is good equipped! there were iron, microwave, washing machine, oven, hair dryer etc 👍👍👍

Cons: there was problem with ants which were inside the apartment and they ate some of our food :( there is also mouse in the apartment which shows its present only at night 🫢or maybe it is a lizard? no one knows

Pros: Spacious and well equipped flat, close to the market and some restaurant. With big terrace, close to the airport but the noise wasn't dusturbing. Due to the flat location I'd recommend to have car, but it's perfect start point for visiting the island. Very friendly owner, who was available on the day of arrival to help with check-in.

Dream island.

Pros: The apartment is located near the airport (8 min by car) and it has a fully equipped kitchen. The pictures are what you will expect to get on arrival. There are free parking places near the apartment. Aside from the accommodation, Mr Leandro, the owner, was very helpful in recommending a local rent a car company (he gave them my contact details and they have contacted me), so I could get a good price (I also suggest them, because you will avoid the thousands of Euro guarantees and other issues) and the experience was very good, since we could visit whole island.

Cons: I suggest a shower curtain, but it's OK, nothing to worry about.
