Quite relaxing place at a very affordable price.
Pros: The place is very clean, spacious and relaxing. A great option for families. Most kitchen utensils are available, so you can make your own meals comfortably. The location is quiet so if you want to be away from people this is the location for you.
Cons: Over the weekend, we wanted to access the pool; however, it was locked. We tried to message the host multiple times but only got a response after 48 hours. In the meantime, we tried to get all the information from the info-page provided by the host, but the pool regulations would not load for some reason. This was strange because at that point it was only the pool regulations which wouldn't load. There were no basic cooking ingredients like oil and butter. However, this may not be a problem for others; it's just about your expectations. On one of the days, the electricity cut out and as previously mentioned, we were unable to get any help from the host because they were not responding over the weekend, and the helpline would not pick up.

Woud rent it again
Pros: It's a big appartment, has nice views, very very clear communication how to pick up the keys - really comfy to rent for a few days. I liked that I can run in the mornings - pavements are quite rare in Madeira :)
Cons: One small thing to improve - the doors handles are squeaking...

A lovely family stay at this beautiful apartment
Pros: The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated and immaculately clean! The views out the ocean were stunning too.

Pros: Piękny widok z okna, szczególnie z kuchni. Dwa duże tarasy. Sypialnia z osobną łazienką. W jednej łazience prysznic, w drugiej wanna. Pralnia z pralko- suszarką, proszek do prania. Dostępny netflix.
Cons: Miejsce parkingowe bardzo wąskie. Finalnie parkowałam na zewnątrz.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt.
Pros: Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut individuell eingerichtet und dekoriert, so dass man sich gleich wohl fühlte. Was uns besonders überraschte war in der Hälfte des Aufenthaltes ein erneuter Bettwäsche / Handtuchwechsel und der Müll wurde auch noch entsorgt. Sehr gut. Die Kommunikation erfolgte unter anderem über WhatsApp, so dass bei Fragen immer eine sofortige Antwort zurückkam. Der Pool war wenig besucht, dennoch war er immer sauber und die entsprechenden Werte wurden kontrolliert. Stellplätze für das Mietfahrzeug auch außerhalb der Tiefgarage im Areal der Anlage vorhanden.
Cons: Es ist positiv, das für das Mietfahrzeug ein Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage vorhanden war. Dennoch war dieser Platz unmöglich mit einem Peugeot 2008 zu nutzen, da dieser sich direkt an der Wand befand und wenn der Nachbarplatz belegt war, konnte hier auf Grund der beengten Platzverhältnisse nicht geparkt werden. Des weiteren, was die Fewo an sich nicht verursacht hat, waren einige direkte Nachbarn sehr laut in der Unterhaltung bzw. hatten Durchhaltevermögen im Party machen bis teilweise 05:00 Uhr früh. Unmöglich hier entspannt am Abend auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, oder bei geöffneten Balkontüren zu schlafen.

Mooi en compleet appartement met een prachtig uitzicht
Pros: De accommodatie was erg mooi en compleet! De ligging en locatie zijn erg gunstig en het uitzicht is prachtig. Het zwembad was een aangename aanvulling voor verkoeling.
Cons: Enig klein puntje van aandacht: de huisnummer bordjes in de gangen ontbraken, evenals niet elke deur genummerd was. Het was voor ons dus niet meteen duidelijk , waar ons appartement precies was. Daarnaast zou het handiger zijn, als in de beschrijving vermeld wordt, dat de sleutel van de toegangspoort en de garage, in het appartement liggen. Wij stonden met de auto voor een gesloten poort en konden dus niet meteen door rijden. Hebben de host gebeld en zij vertelde ons dat de sleutels in het appartement lagen. Dus auto eerst buiten de poort geparkeerd en eerst de sleutels opgehaald in het appartement. Niet erg, maar vermeld dit even in de beschrijving.

Cons: 50% посуды была грязной и при этом располагалась в ящике вода плохо уходила в ванной комнате (видимо, засор)
