Cons: Humidity in the apartment was a minus: I struggled to get anything dry, and pretty much everything felt damp after a few days. My fix for this was to leave moist things in the car, where they would dry quickly while driving with windows open the next day. That said I totally get that such a problem is not easily solved… By the way: my initial fear had been that proximity of the (rather high traffic) road might be problematic but in the end that was not the case.
