Great spot to travel around island, clean, safe
Pros: Very nice stay: - very clean - free parking in front of house - well equipped kitchen - comfy bed - Sao vicente was a perfect spot to travel around the island, Quite and relaxed comparing to Funchal - big supermarket 5 min drive away - recommended (better if you have a car, walking there would be quite an exercise:)
Cons: Its a big, beautifil space but with a bit of church effect and accustics, so the sound travels sooo well in all that space outside room. One night was silent but other was enough noisy thanks to other travelers hitting their doors at night..trying to get in or..out, heaven only knows:)) So, people, respect the other travelers when staying somewhere where others are sleeping as well!

Week-long review
Pros: Great location, plenty of parking. The kitchen had all the utensils you would need. There was staff over to clean every other day, so it was always very clean.
Cons: The wifi couldn't reach the top floor, so to use the wifi you have to be in the communal areas like the living room.

Pros: Nowo urządzony apartament z dostępem do wspólnej nowej kuchni (w pełni wyposażonej, łącznie z pralką). Bardzo duża przestrzeń w pokojach jak i wspólnych częściach.
Cons: Byliśmy zimą, w pokoju było chłodno, grzejnik zbyt mały aby ogrzać powierzchnię pokoju i łazienki. W pokoju brak jakiejkolwiek klimatyzacji (również do nagrzania)

Fajne miejsce
Pros: Obiekt położony w dogodnej lokalizacji. Okolica jest spokojna i urokliwa. Stanowi dobrą bazę wypadową do zwiedzania północnej części wyspy. Samochodem wszędzie blisko. Przed bramą znajduje się parking, gdzie bez problemu można zaparkować auto. Pokój mały, ale wystarczający. Kuchnia wspólna wyposażona we wszystkie niezbędne przybory. Obiekt czysty, niedawno wyremontowany. Łazienka znajdowała się na innym piętrze niż pokój, ale była prywatna.
Cons: Szybko kończąca się ciepła woda pod prysznicem. W pokoju trochę zimno, mimo tego że był tam grzejnik.

Pros: Дуже чисто, кудова кухня та вітальня, все новеньке і підібрано зі вкусом. Чудове розташування з краєвидом. Легко дістатися приміщення, зручна парковка...
Cons: У нас був окремий туалет і душева, але на першому поверсі. Сама кімната - на другому.

Pros: Neu renovierte sehr geräumige Villa ruhiggelegen mit Balkons, Garten und viel Platz zum Parken. Bestens ausgestattete moderne Küche. Modernes Bad mit heißem Wasser und Regendusche.Viel Komfort für wenig Geld!

Pros: C'était très propre et très spacieux, cuisine très fonctionnelle. Nous avons oublié un tee shirt dans la chambre mais je ne parviens pas à vous joindre, pourriez vous me contacter en privé par mail ?
Cons: Pas très pratique que la salle de bain soit dans une autre pièce à l'intérieur inférieur. Mais elle est privée.

Pros: The place is spacious and clean, has a private bathroom, and it's possible to cook daily.
Cons: The hot water runs out quickly; for several days I had to take cold showers.
