Pros: Lovely small private garden and spacious balcony with table, chairs and sun loungers to enjoy the afternoon and evening sunshine without being overlooked by neighbours. Very well equipped with all the essentials for self catering (although disposable kitchen towels would have been handy). Comfortable sitting room and spacious bedroom with large en-suite. Second bedroom smaller but perfectly adequate. Immaculately clean throughout. The provision of Madeira cake and small bottle of wine was a nice touch. The garage was plenty big enough for our small rental car, and very handy to have. Excellent WiFi and very clear online instructions, although a few more printed instructions for appliances would have been useful. Overall though, an excellent property that is well maintained and managed. We would definitely recommend it very highly.
Cons: Not much. A very minor issue was that the towel rail heater in the bathroom was not working which made it a little chilly in the morning, but it was February! The distant sound of dogs and roosters did not bother us at all. One has to work hard to find any fault!

Lovely home with stunning views!
Pros: We loved the Bohome Nest vacation home. The home was comfortable, nice decorated and most of all - it provided absolutely stunning ocean views and great sunsets! Both bed rooms were nice and spacious with large en-suit bath rooms. The hosts were friendly and responsive.

Pros: The house was simply fabulous and well equipped. Highly recommend it for a perfect holiday in Madeira but you do need a car.

Pros: Quiet area. Quite central to the island. Garage. Lots of space. Great kitchen. Nice garden. Clean. Good price.
Cons: Loud animals (chickens, frogs, dogs) in the morning waking us up. Pillows so thin they are laughable. No shops or beach near have to drive everywhere unless fit.

Petite maison agréable
Pros: Petite maison agréable sur 2 niveaux avec jardinet et terrasse À noter que la grande chambre dispose de la climatisation Apprécié également le passage des femmes de ménage pour changer draps et serviettes en milieu de séjour Emplacement à 10 minutes des plages de Calheta
Cons: La deuxième chambre ne dispose pas de la climatisation contrairement à la première. Par conséquent avec le balcon fermé par des fenêtres et exposé au su,d la chaleur rendait les nuits difficiles également à cause des moustiques. À noter que la qualité de la literie serait à améliorer dans la deuxième chambre Pour finir garage compliqué a utiliser

Pros: Les petites intentions à notre arrivée (petite bouteille de vin de Madère, bola de mel....). Le nécessaire pour démarrer notre séjour (lessive, sel poivre,huile d'olive.....)
Cons: Le garage est un peu encombré ce qui rend impossible l'ouverture du coffre de la voiture. L'éclairage est un peu faible dans la pièce principale. Il manque peut être un presse fruits.

Pros: Maison confortable, bien située et globalement bien équipée. Environnement calme et belle vue.
Cons: La gestion par l'agence de location: -Pas de barbecue alors que mentionné dans l'annonce. Aucune solution/compensation fournie par l'agence. -Par contre, ils se déplacent à deux pour contrôler la maison suite au déclenchement accidentel de l'alarme incendie malgré le fait qu'on ait indiqué que tout était OK et qu'on ne souhaitait pas être dérangé pour notre dernière journée sur place

Danke für einen tollen Urlaub in einer fantastischen Unterkunft
Pros: Große Villa in einem Gegend mit vielen Villen, die teilweise von einheimischen oder Urlauber bewohnt werden. Die Gegend ist sehr sicher. Die Schlüsselübergabe und der Kontakt waren vorbildlich mit kurzen Antwortzeiten. Wlan im ganzen Haus schnell und stabil. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine kleine Garage mit direktem Zugang ins Haus (ein Peugeot 208 hat gerade noch reingepasst), eine vollausgestattete Küche und bietet viel Platz. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Garten ist gepflegt und der Meerblick aus der Loggia und vom Balkon atemberaubend. Geschirrtabs, Waschmittel und sonstige Dinge waren verfügbar - Anmerkung siehe unten.
Cons: Keine negativen Dinge, aber eine Anmerkung: Olivenöl, Salz, Pfeffer und Backpapier mussten wir kaufen - es wäre schön, wenn zumindest grundlegende Dinge verfügbar wäre.
