We had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the future.

Pros: The property is beautiful. It is on a hill overlooking the sea and harbour. The rooms are very big and there are 3 bathrooms. There is a bus stop just a couple of minutes from the property that goes either to the town or up the hill to the botanical gardens. The kitchen has all facilities.

Cons: We liked everything. There were mosquitoes as mentioned but this is not a problem for me apartment but is common in Madeira.

Pros: All was great! The house is in reality bigger than appears on photos. The host is very nice and responsive. To go to the apartment it is a LONG hill, but the bus stop is very close to the apartment. Or you can take Bolt. Or you can walk, as we did, and achieve your daily steps goal!

Good option for this price

Pros: Well-equipped house with all the necessary utensils for your stay Good kitchen There is a small barbecue area The view is nice Parking on the premises The staff was nice and friendly There are two good rooms on the second floor, but they are not equal. The master bedroom is large and has an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is quite small and has two single beds that do not fit together, leaving a gap.

Cons: Location is in an area with private housing, on a high hill, so walking there from the centre was quite an experience. No supermarkets or restaurants nearby. Parking spot is good as it is in the area behind gates, but be careful if your car has a low bumper - metal elements of the gates can scratch it.

Pros: Big house with a great view over Funchal. Very calm location. Friendly team.

Pros: La maison est moderne, propre et assez récente. Nous avons trouvé tout le minimum nécessaire. Il y a de la place dans toutes les pièces et les lits sont confortables. La voiture peut être garée à l'intérieur de la propriété et sous abris. Très bonne communication avec l'agence qui est toujours disponible pour résoudre les problèmes, c'est rassurant.

Airco

Pros: Ruim, zeer comfortabel appartement. Rusig. Mooie locatie.

Cons: Tijdens ons verblijf begon de waterpomp van de airco om de paar minuten te zoemen. Dag en nacht. We kregen het advies om de airco in de slaapkamer niet te gebruiken. De host bracht een losse ventilator. We hebben daardoor een aantal slechte nachten gehad. De host deed haar best om het op te lossen. Na herhaaldelijke pogingen heeft het onderhoudsteam de waterpomp geïsoleerd. Dat gaf de laatste dagen een lichte verbetering. Al met al hebben we meer slechte dan goede nachten gehad.

Belle maison spacieuse bien située

Pros: Maison très spacieuse. Tres confortable. Très appréciable d'avoir une place de stationnement et qu'elle soit horizontale.

Cons: Un manque de produit d'entretien pour un séjour de 12 nuits ( puisqu' on a une seule fois le ménage à mi séjour). Quand on prend des maisons de haut standing, on s'attend à plus équipement ( torchons, produits nettoyant surface, lave vaisselle...) Un manque d'explication sur le fonctionnement de la maison ( bruit des prononcé et très fréquent venant de l'installation de panneaux solaire). Ventilation du four en permanence.

Preciosa casa en Funchal

Pros: Casa muy bonita, en zona residencial de Funchal, rodeado de chalets y casas antiguas preciosas. Súper amplia, muy limpia, tiene de todo,con unas vistas preciosas del puerto. Con parking amplio para el coche dentro de la casa. Si vas con el coche por primera vez del aeropuerto hay que fijarse que tras salir de la autovía , hay una rotonda y al poco un giro a la izda, es al lado de una casa rosa, no se ve bien la primera vez , empieza una calle empinada que es la calle de la casa. Luego ya lo dominas :)

Cons: Me gusto todo

Pros: Very nice ! Good accommodations and clear communication throughout the stay. Very spacious location.

Pros: Casa foarte frumoasa, confortabila, utilata, loc de parcare, liniste! Pozitionare si vedere excelenta!

Cons: Curatenia a fost facuta superficial, se pot imbunătăți aceste serviciu!
