The View Flat by Rent-a-key

Great apartment

Pros: The apartment was really lovely, very clean, modern, and looked almost new. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, although it was advertised as having a microwave, which wasn’t actually there. The apartment was located at the top of the hill, but the host was extremely helpful and responsive throughout our stay, which made a big difference. Be ready for the famous Madeira hills you’ll definitely get a good workout walking up and down every day 😂 Overall, a very nice place to stay!

Pros: The View was really amazing! There was everything we needed and host so lovely. Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend the view flat for your next holiday

Pros: It was such a pleasure staying at The View Flat in Madeira. The place is well furnished modern clean and very homey . It was very easy to check in and out of the place and the aircon is such a bonus for the hot weather in Madeira . The place is well equipped for self catering which is the best when you are on holiday !

Cons: The only thing that stood out for us is that the sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep on and theirs no microwave available.

I would highly recommend the view flat for your next stay in Madeira .

Pros: Our stay at the view flat was pleasant. The view is to die for, the place is modern and felt like home , it is well equipped and the aircon is a bonus considering the hot weather in Madeira ! We loved our stay and we would definitely book again in the future . Thank you

Cons: The only 2 minor things that stood out for us is , the sofa bed is not quite comfortable to sleep on and there is no microwave available .

Excellent hosts, superb views.

Pros: The hosts were excellent (they gave us free wine!) and the views were beyond superb. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom facilties were great for our needs. Highlight recommend to just sit on the patio and enjoy life here.

Cons: The bathroom had a funny smell (maybe the water supply?)

If you’re looking for perfect this is it

Pros: Everything at the property was well thought out. The decor is stunning, the view of Funchal from the balcony incredible, pictures don’t do it justice. The flat is well equipped with everything you might need, even an air fryer! Could sit on the balcony admiring the view and reading a book non stop. The host are very communicative and helpful. The location is ideal with an 8 euro bolt into Funchal if you don’t have a car or quick access to the motorway to explore the rest of the island. Would highly recommend staying here without a doubt. We stayed over NYE and saw the firework display from the balcony view which was an unreal experience.

Cons: There’s nothing I could fault the flat with. The flat is up a steep climb up so you will need a car to get to the property or take taxis. The flat is also located 5 minute walk from the Jardim cable car which gets you up to Monte in 10 minutes where you can then take a cable car down to Funchal.

Stunning little getaway on my favourite island.

Pros: The view was incredible. Lovely decor. Lovely neighbour.

We were very pleased to stay at the view apartment. Very comfortable. In a good location

Pros: The view was amazing. You will find All needed amenities. Very clean and very cosy. Beds and sofa are comfortable.

Cons: The dog’s neighbors shouted out during the night / morning ( sometimes).

Stunning city and ocean views over Funchal

Pros: The view is incredible! We enjoyed our stay very much. The flat is beautiful, the kitchen is well equipped. Felt like home :)

Pros: Piękne widoki, Wysposazenie kompletne Nie brakowało niczego!
