Pros: The location is great - above the city. Balcony, windows facing east, cozy.

Cons: The road to the house is quite steep, but this is typical for the island.

Pros: very clean, spacious apartment, in a quiet area, located on the outskirts of Funchal, very good contact with the owner who is very attentive and cares about the comfort of his guests. Close to Jardin Botanico da Madeira, bus stop near the house, the nearest bakery 15 minutes walk. We, a family of 5, spent a fantastic holiday on the island and we highly recommend Sandro's apartment

We loved every day we were there and were sad to leave at the end of our stay.

Pros: Sandro couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful, his apartment is more like a home and is very spacious and clean. The views from the balcony and dining area were stunning at all times of day or night.

Cons: I can't think of anything that could be improved. The apartment had everything we needed.

Pros: We loved everything about the house. It was very clean and it was big. We were a family of 5, and we had plenty of space. The view is amazing. You can see the whole of Funchal, breathtaking. We even had toiletries and hairdryer provided. Terrace was lovely to rekax at the end of the day. Recommend it 100%. Excellent host. He was very helpful and was available all the time.

Cons: It is not that we did not like it but it is not really suitable for disabled people as it is located on a hill. My mum has walking difficulties, but we were happy with the house and location because we were picked up by car and dropped off every day. It is not close to the city centre or many amenities but there is a bus that runs nearby. Also, there are plenty of taxis.

Pros: The Appartment is very comfortable and well-equipped. Amazing ocean view makes it very peaceful.

Pros: Mõnus maja täpselt mäenõlva keskel, oma hoov, imelised vaated nii hommikul, kui öösel tulede säras. Majas on kolm magamistuba, suur köök, suurte akendega puhketuba, kus koos perega suure laua taga koos süüa. Ja maja peremees on ehe näide Madeira lahkusest. Pros: O alojamento era ótimo, divisões espaçosas camas super confortáveis. O pormenor de ter maquina de lavar e secar è genial.
