A beautiful old house with an atmosphere.
Pros: It is a beautiful old house on a hill with a stunning view on the city and the ocean. The house has a lovely terrace on the roof and a small garden with beautiful exotic plants. Rosa and her husband are wonderful hosts. They are very helpful and available any time you need them. We were welcomed with a basket of local specialties. There is a small minimarket opposite the house and a bakery about 200 metres down the road.
Cons: There is a small bar opposite, but I don't recommend it.

Pros: Rosa And Gilberto were wonderful hosts! They greeted us upon arrival, are very friendly and helpful, and were available the whole time for anything we needed. House was comfortable and had everything we need. They were amazing views from the upstairs patio, and it was easy to catch either of us or Taxi in town. It was also a couple bars and a bakery nearby as well as a store across the street.

Pros: Rosa was very friendly and helpful. The house was clean and comfortable. We were 2 couples so it was good to have 2 bathrooms, one with a tub and the other with shower. The parking area was particularly convenient for motorcycles. A small bar and mercado across the street was also convenient. Local buses stopped nearby to get us downtown and back.
Cons: It was quite cool when we were there and it was quite difficult at times to heat the place.

Pros: havia muito espaço na casa e era bem confortavel para acomodar 4 pessoas, tinha garagem o que era perfeito para deixar o carro durante a noite e o espaço esterior era perfeito pois dava para fazer refeiçoes no exterior
Cons: a televisão podia ser muito melhor, percebo por ser uma casa de ferias nao é oq ue mais interessa mas penso que podiam arranjar uma nova por 100/200€, a intenet só funciona em alguns sitios da casa mas não foi problematico, as casas de banho podiam levar uma remodelação, principalmente a maior ao lado dos quartos

Rewelacyjny, niezwykle przytulny i wygodny domek.
Pros: Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, zapewniająca łatwość korzystania z komunikacji miejskiej, a zarazem gwarantująca ciszę i prywatność. Dodatkowymi atutami są: taras z widokiem na Funchal i ocean oraz bliskość sklepu spożywczego. Dom jest świetnie wyposażony i bardzo przytulny.

Pros: Duży dom w starym stylu jak u babci. 3 sypialnie, 2 łazienki, mały ogród i taras na dachu:) Jest czynna pralka i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia oraz prywatne miejsce parkingowe. Byliśmy w 2 pary i była to idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania całej wyspy i odpoczynku po wycieczkach. Naprzeciwko mały ale dobrze wyposażony sklep i snack bar, parę metrów dalej piekarnia. Gospodyni miła i nienarzucająca się. Polecam zwłaszcza w tej cenie.
Cons: Miejsce dla zmotoryzowanych. Oddalone jakieś 3 km od centrum na nogach stromo w dół (potem w górę). Jest przystanek autobusowy ale chcąc poruszać się komunikacją zbiorową to wybrałbym raczej centrum Funchal. Nie jest to wada ale dobrze mieć to na uwadze.

On a bien visité la journée et on a pu se reposer dans une maison agréable le soir en rentrant.
Pros: Les hôtes étaient très agréables. La maison était spacieuse ; le toit terrasse et la place de parking étaient vraiment appréciables.

Very good for the money.
Pros: Beautiful old house on a hill with stunning views of the city and ocean. Lovely roof terrace, small garden with exotic plants, and spacious outdoor areas. Comfortable and well-equipped, with two bathrooms (one with a tub, one with a shower). Convenient location: minimarket and small bar across the street, bakery nearby, and easy access to buses or taxis. Parking available, including space suitable for motorcycles. Warm welcome from Rosa and Gilberto, who were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and available throughout our stay. Nice touch of a welcome basket with local specialties.
Cons: Some rooms lack direct windows to the outside. One bathroom is in the middle of the house with no natural light.

Séjour top !
Pros: Rosa est une hôte attentionnée qui vous donne les bons conseils pour votre séjour. La maison est idéalement située pour visiter l'île de Madère. Le petit plus : la terrasse avec vue sur la mer ! On recommande cette maison et Rosa sans hésiter !
