Pros: Clean and enough space. Free parking spots available in 1 minute walking distance.

Pros: Location, that apartment was spacious and equipment

Cons: Ants but I understand we are on tropical island with animals, that trash bin doesnt have recycling compartments so we can separate plastic from general trash and hampering eletricity- I coudnt cook and use washmachine or other electronic device at the same time

Pros: Clean and spacious apartments. I was glad that there was everything you needed in the kitchen. Also thanks for the welcome drinks :)

Cons: There weren't enough places to hang things. There are only shelves in the closet, but not all clothes need to be kept folded (no clothes hangers or space to do so). There are no hooks for towels in the bathroom - it was very inconvenient.

Appartement zum Wohlfühlen

Pros: 1. Schöner Meerblick vom Esszimmer aus. 2. Tolle Lage, zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten vom Meer entfernt. 3. Vermieter reagierte sofort auf Anfragen und kam Wünschen sehr schnell nach. 4. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Nachbarn. 5. Authentisches Wohngebiet.

Cons: Nur Kleinigkeiten, die uns nicht wirklich gestört haben: 1. Bad relativ klein, dafür sehr sauber und modern mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck. 2. Sonnenschirm ist zu klein und nicht wirklich nutzbar.

Schönes Haus mit Meerblick.

Pros: Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Küche großzügig mit Spül- und Waschmaschine. Zum Benutzen war alles vorhanden. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar (steile Straße), Parkplätze findet man in der Straße. Vom Esszimmer und von der Terrasse kann man den Meerblick genießen. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Toaster kaputt. Er wurde umgehend vom Vermieter ersetzt.

Cons: Auf der Dachterrasse lagen auf dem Kunstrasenstück bereits 3 Hundehaufen (oder anderes Tier). Nach einer Woche waren es 8, obwohl es keinen Zugang von Außen zur Terrasse gibt. Der Vermieter konnte es sich nicht erklären. Wir konnten die Dachterrasse deshalb nicht nutzen, was sehr schade war. In den Zimmerschränken gibt es keine Möglichkeit, Kleidung aufzuhängen.

Pros: Ambienti curati, posizione, veranda e terrazzo comodissimi

Cons: Forse il bagno un po’ piccolo

Miły pobyt ale pod górę

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, ale jak ktoś jest bez samochodu to powroty pod górę albo taksówką. Apartament czysty, dobry kontakt z obsługą. Brak klimatyzacji, były wiatraki i nawiewy ale w samych sypialniach było, w ciepłe noce, duszno, trzeba było spać z włączonymi. Ładny widok. Okolica spokojna, poza non stop szczekającymi psami. Ogólnie spędziliśmy miło czas.

Cons: Jak to w tego typu apartamentach deska klozetowa nie była dopasowana i jeździła w prawo i lewo. Patelnia do wymiany.

Pros: Bien placé à proximité du centre de Funchal avec la vue sur la mer De plus il y a une terrasse au dessus avec la possibilité de faire un barbecue

Pros: Super appartement près de la mer avec vue sur la mer. La literie est confortable.
