Pros: Overall it was a fantastic stay. The home is beautiful with really amazing views of the ocean. It's super quiet and clean, and a great location for exploring the North part of the island. I look forward to staying here again.

Great vacation in the mountains ... 🙂

Pros: Amazing place. Very steep mountain. But complete privacy. Big spacious house... There is everything You need. Great kitchen, bedrooms... A stream flows next to the mountains, levada trails are nearby. And the town of Ponta Delgada itself is very cozy. A beautiful ocean coast... :)

Pros: The location and the layout of the house were amazing, with a beautiful garden and spacious balcony and large outdoor fireplace.

Cons: The indoor fireplace was not working, the seal was broken and the smoke was coming inside. The owner promised to look into it but he never showed up. Also the bed mattreses were not comfortable.

Paraíso para visitar norte de la isla, relax y paz.

Pros: El paisaje desde la casa, esmerada, coqueta, con utensilios más que suficientes, también para barbacoa y lavado de ropa. El tener una levada e incluso cascada es un plus. La ubicación al norte que tras recorrer toda la isla, definitivamente es lo más paradisíaco. Atardecer desde la terraza, remanso de paz. Disfrutamos mucho de la casa, aún escucho el sonido de la levada.

Cons: Suscribo los comentarios que ya se han indicado. Por otra parte comentar que gracias al acceso sólo para conductores avezados, hemos podido disfrutar de esta MARAVILLA pues tendría otro precio de no ser por el acceso. Por último y esto no es un defecto, importante valorar que está en plena naturaleza y siempre puedes encontrarte algún visitante :) dentro de los poquísimos insectos que tiene Madeira en comparación a su gran exuberancia.

Traumhaus im Grünen mit grandioser Aussicht

Pros: Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist einmalig. Es liegt sehr schön am Beginn eines steilen Berges umgeben von einer exotischen Flora. Vom Haus, von der überdachten Veranda und der überdachten Terasse kann man sehr schön den Atlantik sehen und spätestens im Sommer auch den Sonnenuntergang. Also einfach herrlich. Weiterhin war das Haus bestens ausgestattet. Wer kochen will, hat alle Arbeitsgeräte (Gasherd, Backofen etc.)vor Ort. Man wohnt dort auch sehr ungestört. Flüstern auf der Terrasse ist nicht notwendig.

Cons: Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist aufgrund der Steilheit für größere Fahrzeuge und Fahranfänger eher ungeeignet.

Hele fijne locatie

Pros: Prachtige locatie met een geweldig uitzicht. Heel ruim en alles is aanwezig. Je kunt er heerlijk buiten zitten en genieten van de omgeving.

Cons: Het is er wel wat vochtig maar dat heeft ook met de ligging te maken. Het naar de locatie toe rijden is de eerste keer wel een uitdaging.

Cons: Steile Anfahrt war gewöhnungsbedürftig, einmal Bettzeug fehlte (uns wurde aber direkt geholfen!)

Idealny dla rodziny z dziećmi :)

Pros: Cudowny dom, w pięknej lokalizacji, blisko wodospadów i przyrody. Posiadał wszystko co potrzeba, niczego nie brakowało. Gospodarz bardzo przyjacielski i opiekuńczy, zapewnił nam wszystko. Sąsiedzi przemili. Prywatność na maksa. 150 m od domu sklep i bar z super właścicielami z którymi już po tygodniu byliśmy zaprzyjaźnieni :)

Cons: Podjazd wymagający, ale po kilku razach już nie stanowił problemu.
