Pros: Scenic location on a hill, the place is full of beautiful plants. It has a barbecue place with a view
Cons: Excessive humidity inside, the clothes and towels never get dry. Could get too windy at night and for that reason noisy. The rooms are quite dark inside

Cozy stay close to nature.
Pros: Beautiful place inmersed in nature, surrounded by beautiful flowers, cute birds. Everything you need for a cozy cabin stay. A really nice terrace for barbecue with beautiful views of the sunset.

Peacefull countryside home in the north of Madeira
Pros: The house is absolutely great! We loved our time here. If you are looking to relax, in a quiet place, with amazing view of the mountains and the sea, this is the place for you! There's a lot of space, both inside and outside - with a spacious covered barbeque area with tables and chairs, that we used a lot even if it was often raining. One of the bedroom is huge - even too big! The other could be bigger. But it was still like having one floor per couple, so no complains! Some things were newly renovated (the bathrooms), other part of the houses a bit older, but that was also the beauty of it for us.
Cons: The only downside is the humidity inside the house in this period of the year (january), even with the electric heaters (thanks for providing them though!!) the big bedroom upstairs tended to get very humid at night.

Beautiful home, close to most of the beautiful places on the island
Pros: We have been pleased with this home. There is a barbecue where you can fry sausages. The river is noisy down below. A cozy, secluded place.
Cons: It's worth replacing the faucet in the second floor bathroom.

Pros: This villa was perfect. Hosts are really friendly, eager to help you
Cons: 3 little things: protection with plastic cover for the mattresses (could be a thick cotton protection) really small road and entrance a dish washer would be the cherry on the cake

Pros: A breathaking view and the sound of silence could be the perfect title for this house review, surrounded by the green quiet of Madeira. You Will wake up with the rooster s crown and you lose (or gain) hours enyoing various shades of colors in the sunset and the variety of plants that surround the house. A welcoming terrace, a kind and discreet owner, a well equipped BBQ (be careful, eating out Is addictive), very comfortable beds. We were 3 and we’ve booked for a week and Villa fontes nr.7 probably made the difference.
Cons: The house requires a car for getting around but It Is worth moving away a Little to fully enjoy the relaxing silence of this magnificent Island

Voyage entre amis dans le but de faire des randonnées et découvrir une merveilleuse île.
Pros: Superbe propriété, très grande et 2 salle de bains complètes. Four à pizza directement dans la cuisine. Plusieurs animaux et aménagement paysager très jolie.
Cons: Nous avons eu des difficultés avec la plaque de cuisson. Elle s`est arrêté plusieurs fois lors de la préparation des repas.

Pros: Ubytování bylo na krásném místě, s výhledem částečně do hor i na moře. Příjemné posezení na terase. Vybavení kuchyně bylo vyhovující. Bezproblémová komunikace s majitelem.
Cons: Tmavé pokoje. Dotěrná místní kočka, která odmítala opustit dům a nedělalo jí problém sedět nám na autě nebo chodit po stole a obhlížet naši večeři. Příjezd po strmé cestě, chce to trochu řidičského umu.

Wahnsinnig schönes Haus in toller Lage!
Pros: Die Lage des Hauses ist phänomenal inmitten der Berge mit einem herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Das Grundstück ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet mit vielen tollen Pflanzen und Blumen. Man teilt sichs dieses mit Enten, Hühnern und einer Katzendame, die sich freut wenn man ihr etwas Zuneigung und Futter spendiert 😉 Die Räume sind sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt. Den Grill haben wir fast täglich genutzt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter zum CheckIn war super unkompliziert.
Cons: Es gibt keinerlei negative Punkte. Dass die Räume etwas feucht sind, ist normal und sollte bei der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit vor Ort akzeptiert werden. Wir hatten täglich die Fenster offen um zu lüften und hatten dadurch auch keinen muffigen Geruch.
