Lovely and peaceful vacantion
Pros: Stylish and cozy furnished spacious house with an incredible view. The property exceeded my expectations. The hosts were very kind and responsive and helped us throughout our stay. I would gladly come back again and I recommend you to stay here. Very important!!! Strictly follow the hosts' instructions for arrival at the property and check-in.
Cons: I am writing it here, not because it is negative, but to draw your attention. This is a wonderful house for a peaceful holiday. If you want clubs and discos you should stay in Funchal.

Delightful property with lovely views down to Moniz and the ocean.
Pros: The space is great and nicely renovated - it was handy to have a garage to be able to park the car, but if you find the access a little narrow then there is an area to park off the main road. The outdoor area has lovely views of the the water, there was coal for the bbq however the weather didn't quite hold out for one. The living space is wonderful to be able to relax in after a day out. The kitchen is fairly well stocked, although I prefer using the oven for ease and there was only oven proof dish. The welcome gift with some handy basics was a lovely surprise. There are two good supermarkets down the road - Supermercado Esmeralda Brilhante and Meu Super Porto Moniz II. We ate at Sea View Restaurant one evening which was lovely, I suggest booking to guarantee a table.
Cons: The access road is narrow down to the garage, so you either need to have a small or medium car or confidence to navigate the narrow corner from the garage - but there is parking off the main road which we mostly used for our suv

Brilliant time in Porto Moniz
Pros: The stay Refugio de Ilheu was absolutely amazing The view phenomenal, the rooms comfortable and Miguel our host was super nice

Pros: Tolle Unterkunft mit bester Aussicht und ruhiger Lage direkt in Porto Moniz. Doppelgarage vorhanden, allerdings nur mit Kleinwagen zugänglich da Zufahrtsstraße sehr eng.

Piękne miejsce
Pros: Przepiękny widok z tarasu, duży apartament, duży garaż, bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, na powitanie otrzymaliśmy smakołyki Maderskie, bardzo dobre wyposażenie kuchni.
Cons: Trzeba się liczyć z tym że będąc na Maderze jest dużo robactwa , przydałby się w obiekcie jakiś mały lekki odkurzasz aby móc odkurzyć robactwo z podłogi i z okien, w obiekcie jest odkurzacz ale ciężki i stary, może warto zasilikonowac dzięki w ścianie aby robaki się nie dostały , rzeczywiście podjazd wymaga dobrego kierowcy i uwagi.

Pros: Fantastycznie położona willa z niezapomnianym widokiem na miasto i ocean. Lokalizacja, pomimo bliskości drogi, absolutnie cicha i spokojna. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni. Przestronne i wygodne pomieszczenia wspólne. Obszerny garaż.
Cons: Sypialnie małe i zlokalizowane na niskim parterze. Dojazd, a zwłaszcza ostatni zakręt przed willą wymaga dużej uwagi.

Casa davvero molto bella con una vista sull’oceano impareggiabile
Pros: La posizione era incredibile, la terrazza bellissima, gli spazi ampi, tutti dotati di finestre con vista spettacolare sull’oceano, anche dalle camere. Presenza di elettrodomestici tutti funzionanti, comodo il garage con accesso diretto alla casa
Cons: In generale la casa non era molto pulita, soprattutto i bagni, le federe dei letti e dei divani. I bagni senza finestre non molto comodi, soprattutto per gestire l’umidità. Stradina di accesso molto stretta, ma percorribile

Rundum herrliches Haus in einer herrlichen Lage im schönen Porto Moniz.
Pros: Die Lage ist hervorragend, alle Fenster und auch die Terrasse haben Meerblick. Wir haben himmlisch geschlafen. Man hört die Straße trotz der Nähe gar nicht. Porto Moniz ist auch sehr schön, die natural pools optisch einmalig. Der Tourismus hält sich in angenehmen Grenzen. Die besten Wanderungen sind außer den höchsten Gipfeln sind alle nicht weit. Die Einrichtung ist toll und alles recht neu. Die Bilder lügen nicht.
Cons: Man sollte wissen, dass Januar bis März die niedrigste Wassertemperatur im Meer um Madeira und somit auch in den Pools ist. 19 °C ist vielleicht eine Abkühlung. Bei 18 bis 20 °C Lufttemperatur braucht es diese aber auch nicht. Längeres Schwimmen ist maximal unangenehm, eher was für Eisbären. Für die Zufahrt ans Haus + Garage ist unbedingt ein Kleinwagen und Coolness (evtl. doch etwas länger Schwimmen!) erforderlich. Es riecht etwas im Haus wegen der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit. Ich glaube aber, dass man das nicht kritisieren darf, weil es auf diesem Inselklima vielleicht gar nicht anders sein kann. (Wir waren zum ersten Mal auf Madeira)
