Avó Lucindinha House - Porto Moniz

Pros: Stunning views, great location, beautiful charm, helpful hosts and everything you need in the house for a lovely family holiday

Authentic, spacious, great location.

Pros: Good location and authentic house, gives a sense of how the locals live.

Cons: It was all great!

Top level experience for a group of friends

Pros: I had flashbacks from my youth, like being in my grandparents' house. Such warm feelings. There are four different common areas in the house for a group of friends to spend time together. Of course, we used the brick barbecue. The garden is a kind of extra entertainment. Lots of necessary dishes and other stuff. There are two small supermarkets 5-10 minutes down towards the coast. They have almost everything you need for a meal (and charcoal too, if you ask). Also, there is a medical center and public parking (in addition to private parking place) near the house.

Cons: It's far from Funchal and the airport. You need to rent a car if you want to be mobile enough to see more points of interest. Fortunately, car rental is quite affordable on the island, unlike taxis. You need to close the windows if you don't want to wake up early in the morning because of some noise from the local road.

Pros: Excellent house! It's definitely worth staying there.

Alltogether this is a nice and cozy place with a warming feeling inside. :)

Pros: Everything was fine. :) Carla, who was managing the house was super kind, helped us with the car rental and replied almost instantly to our questions. The house was nice and tidy. We received even a small gift as a welcome. :)

Cons: There were some ants in the kitchen. Pack the food double, and dont leave it on the table.

Pros: the porch - big and very comfortable .... and the garden

Cons: a small frying pan for 7 people :)

K dispozici velká zahrada i s plody 🙂, terasy, velké parkoviště. Kousek od domů obchody a hlavně přírodní bazény.
