Pros: We had the last hous on the block, super privat and stanning views to ocean. It's fullt equipped, also kitchen side. Washing mashin is in admin house and with extra fee (2 eurs per machine). For the price we paid, it is certanly super great value. We loved silence and being away from city. We got a cat visiting us daily as extra bonus (very friendly one). Extra bonus beautiful sunsets.
Cons: I would like to have vacum cleaner threre fot cleaning (you need to do it yourself daily) but it's really not any problem to live without it.

Beautiful views, but comfort and maintenance needs improvement
Pros: The view is stunning, and the surroundings are perfect for anyone seeking peace and quiet. The apartment is well-equipped and includes private parking, which is very convenient. excellent hospitality from Sonia!
Cons: There are no window screens, which makes it difficult to air out the apartment without insects coming in. There was a bit of mold on the walls, the double bed is very small, and some of the kitchen equipment was a bit dirty and old.

Great place with a fabulous view. We stayed for 5 days, but should have stayed longer. I recommend.
Pros: Great place with a fabulous view of the ocean. The house has everything you need to relax and enjoy the silence. The house is comfortable and warm. In November, it was very useful to be able to turn on the heat. We missed a washing machine a little, but that's a small thing, because there is a village nearby, which has a public laundry. We stayed for 5 days, but should have stayed longer. I recommend this place. The surroundings are beautiful and tidy. There is a place to park a car.

Pros: A wonderful place with a beautiful view. If you're looking for blissful peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. In our opinion, a car is essential, as the apartment is tucked away off the beaten track. The view makes up for it all; lying on the bed, you can gaze at the beautiful ocean.

Pros: House was warm in the cold weather. Shower good and hot. Sufficient utensils for cooking and eating. Views very good. We enjoyed our stay
Cons: Mattress was not comfortable. Not enough toilet paper and refuse bags. When we tried to get some more, Sonia wasn't there so we had to buy replacements. Cooker hood not functioning.

Pros: The owners will send you good instructions on how to get there. In terms of Madeira, the road is on average steep. It is unusually steep for us, like almost everywhere in Madeira. The view is 7 out of 5 !!! Unbelievably beautiful! The garden is wonderful, well-kept, full of flowers. The house is quite spacious.
Cons: The houses are close to each other (at least at the top, where we were) and every word can be heard when there are guests on the terrace, and this bothered me the most. There was even a baby next door. Because of this, it is impossible to sleep outside on the sunbed. The car should not be allowed down to the lower houses, because its traffic disturbs the residents of the other houses. The house is modern and nicely furnished. Except for the bedroom. The bed is very small for 2 people and we only got one blanket. It was even short for us. (The mattress is hard, but that's a matter of taste.) The bed is not a quality item. There is no headboard, the bedside table is occupied by the reading lamp, there is nowhere to pack. There is no chair in the bedroom. Pipere means that a liquid soap dispenser was placed at the hand sink, almost empty and we had to buy toilet paper. TV channel only in French and German. Overall: it would take very little to get a 10, a little more attention and less savings.
