Great place to be

Pros: The apartment is very centrally located, only 10 minutes from the city center. The apartment is functionally furnished and offers a reasonable level of comfort. The landlord responded quickly and was very helpful, which made the communication very pleasant. Parking is available either on the street next door or in the parking garage opposite the apartment. Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment..

Cons: The only what could be improved is to provide salt and pepper in the kitchen, which we would have appreciated as a small convenience

Comfortable apartment in a central location.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at Apartamentos Progresso 1º Dto. The communication with the host was easy and prompt, a few maintenance issues we had were quickly resolved. The location is amazing, walking distance to most of Funchal attractions, we managed to find parking easily in the area. The building has a beautiful lobby and staircase and the flat itself is well appointed.

Cons: The building faces a busy street, but if you keep the windows closed, it's not too bad. I would love to have a few shelves in the wardrobe that had only hanging rail.

Pros: The apartment is well stocked and organized. The host Hugo is an exceptional person who provided us with a lot of information and advice on activities to do on the island. I wish all the hosts were like this. See you soon!

Everything was perfect!

Pros: The property was perfect! We had everything we wanted, it was located very properly. Hugo was the best host that we could have ever. He always checked us to see if everything was ok and when we arrived he was waiting for us with a map and gave us details about the island. We recommend this apartment!

Pros: The owner, Hugo, was very attentive from the very point of arrival. I did not have to wait a second, he met with a key and a lot of useful information about the places and events on the island. It is was a great added value to the apartment itself to feel the everyday support when needed. Highly recommended 😊

Pros: Beautiful, clean and well-equipped appartment with very good location. Hugo is a super nice host and person, always ready to help, giving plenty of recommendations.

Fantastic stay in Funchal

Pros: Hugo is probably the best host that I have ever met. Upon our arrival, he provided us with a lot of information on things to see and do on the island. He answered all our questions and went out of his way to provide us with additional information. He assisted us with storing our luggage in the building before we checked in (we arrived in Funchal in the morning) and also after we checked out (our flight from Madeira was in the evening). The client service that we received from Hugo was exceptional. The apartment was well equipped, clean, and had everything we needed. The location of the apartment was great.

Pros: The location is great, the landlord is very kind and helpful. The apartament is clean and in great condition - everything you need is there :)

Cons: We had a problem with WiFi for a few days, but then it worked perfectly. Difficulties with finding the parking place.

Voltaria a alugar o apartamento e o Sr. José é uma pessoa extramamente disponivel.

Pros: Boa localização a cerca de 10 minutos do centro, bastante sossegado à noite para descançar.

Cons: A internet está constantemente a desligar, foi assim durante os 4 dias de estadia, tinhamos dados movéis senão teria sido uma má experiência. Deixo duas recomendações a cama precisa de algum ajuste, pois apesar de comfortavél range quando nos mexemos. Janela bascolante da cozinha presa com fita cola, não fecha completamente.

Cons: w mieszkaniu nie ma balkonu, okna wypadają na kamienice
