Lovely house, great location in a real community viallage

Pros: The location is perfect. Village centre, local bar nearby and some wonderful restaurants some within walking distance and others no more than a 10 minute drive Jacuzzi in garden a nice bonus The house had everything we could have needed 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs WC Wifi was spot on, A/C in all rooms (although we didn't use it as it was December) Joe's bar (50m from the property) is a great local bar and the food is really good and reasonably priced too. Made to feel very welcome Communication from the host was excellent.

Cons: No private parking and the public car park in the village is very busy, however, we did not have a issue more than a couple of times when we had to park a little further away. There is space to park the car in the garden of the property and a remote to open the gate, but unless you have a small/very small car don't attempt it (I did (with a Skoda Kamiq) and it was OK to drive in ....getting out was a nightmare -hence we didn't try again). The description does say no on site parking

Amazing

Pros: The property is located in a small village on the south-west coast of Madeira. Is located near the public parking (the property has it’s own parking spot, but it will require some skills to reach it (the road is narrow, a Seat Ibiza barely made it without a any scratches). Everything else is perfect. The village is quiet and beautiful. You have Joe’s Bar close to this property and you can drink a poncha and have some bolo do caco😌 oh, btw, there a hot tub 😍😍

Cons: The second room has some water damage, but that will probably get fixed asap.

It was a very noce stay

Pros: Jardin do Mar it is a quiet and picturesque village. The accommodation is right in the center of the village. It is a house that is equipped with everything you could need for a stay. The staff is prompt when there are some problems. For example, the hair dryer broke, it was replaced the 2nd day. It is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped.

Cons: If you have a bigger car, the parking lot in the yard is difficult to access, but there are parking spaces nearby. The house has a jacuzzi, but it is more difficult to heat the water. Be careful in the kitchen with food, because there are many ants.

I could come back to this place

Pros: Clean, spacious, nice dining places nearby, silent, so close to ocean, no morning sun but long nice evening sun.

Cons: Bed mattress was a bit too hard for my back. All knifes in kitchen are so “safe” that you can give them to child for play.

Pros: Super wyposażenie domu (ręczniki, kawa, herbata, koce itp.) i jacuzzi.

Pros: Отличный домик недалеко от океана. Полностью соответствуют описанию. Чисто, есть все нужное для проживания. Мы остановились на 7 дней и это было потрясающе. Есть место для маленькой машинки поставить во дворе. Мангал и джакузи, идеальное сочетание для отпуска 👍

Maison confortable et bien située

Pros: La maison est spacieuse et confortable avec deux salles de bains, et un WC au rez-de-chaussée. La terrasse avec le jardin et le jacuzzi sont un vrai plus ! L'emplacement est idéal et facile d'accès

Cons: La cuisine manque un peu d'équipement et de vaisselle

Wohlfühlunterkunft zum Weiterempfehlen!

Pros: Die Unterkunft SolMar liegt im Zentrum von Jardim do Mar. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Gewürze, Essig, Öl und weitere Sachen sind vorhanden. Auch Reinigungsmittel sind genügend da. In wenigen Gehminuten sind mehrere Lokale erreichbar. Der Parkplatz im Hof ist von großem Vorteil, da der öffentliche Parkplatz in der Nähe oft sehr voll ist. Pros: Casa molto pulita e fornitissima di tutto. Paese molto carino e con servizi di base utili per la vacanza! Comodo il posteggio in cortile perché nei parcheggi comuni è sempre tutto pieno!

Cons: Canale di scolo sempre aperto la notte, rumoroso. Ingresso nel cortile un po’ scomodo se non sia un auto piccola o dimestichezza nelle manovre.

Superbe

Pros: Le spa, la propreté des lieux, l'emplacement dans le village, les condiments laissés à disposition, l'extérieur très agréable et bien clos. La qualité des couchages. Les salles de bains privatives et WC pour chacune des 2 chambres. La proximité des bars et restaurants. Joe's bar à 2 minutes de la maison pour boire un verre ou dîner.

Cons: Rien, tout est parfait !
