Casa da Morena by Amazing Madeira

Perfect 😊

Pros: Fantastic house - centrally located for easy access to sightsee across all of Madeira. Pizza oven and outdoor barbecue were great too.

Pros: Delightful rooms and nice pool. The welcome was clear and helpful.

Cons: Google maps does not show the right location when the adress is specified. The street is correct, no 51 is approximately before rua da Azanhiga.

Amazing house with amazing host

Pros: The house was amazing with lovely views and comfortable. Swimming pool was lively too

Cons: Nothing was absolutely perfect.

Pros: Attention to some details, such as having sheets on our infant's bed, fresh fruit on the kitchen, and regional passion fruit candies to sweeten our stay. The house highlights are the magnificent view over the ocean and the nice pool.

Cons: Too close to the airport, meaning you hear too often the airplanes landing and taking off (you end up getting used to it). The house is on a very steep street, and you need to be extra careful driving the car to get in and out. Having said that, this is very much common in Madeira.

Beautiful Villa, Beautiful Island but poor management team of property.

Pros: The villa is beautiful. The space you have and the way In which the property is laid out makes this a very visually appealing place. The Kitchen was a showpiece of the property and having a private swimming pool is what’s needed when it’s hot on the Island. The downstairs bathroom is also beautifully laid out. Fantastically priced as well for what the property offers and visit to Funchal is a must (15-20 minute taxi journey)

Cons: Unfortunately the agency/owners we conversed with had really poor communication skills. Something that was easily solvable via messaging us on booking.com almost lead to a big problem. The mattress in the main bedroom is very hard which led to sleepless nights. The Sofa wasn’t very comfortable to sit on. Ceiling Fans would be a recommendation for most of the rooms and eye level lighting for the kitchen.

Nice holiday house with swimming pool located in the very steep area.

Pros: Very well equipped holiday house with fully functional kitchen. Swimming pool is small and with salted water but functional - water is unfortunately quite cold.

Cons: Please bear in mind that the house is located at a very steep road (as everything on Madera) so you need to have a good car and very good driving skills. Alternatively you can be a mountain climber. Please remember that some of supplies are only for 1 day what is not reflected in description (e.g. toilet paper) so better buy it on a first day before climbing 😊. Also late check out unfortunately was not possible.

Nice apartment with nice view very close to the airport and Machico

Pros: Good location, nice view, clean house, plenty of towels.

Cons: We ran out of toilet paper on the second or third day, there was not enough for 2 people for 10 days. The apartment has a washing machine but no washing powder, you have to buy it, if you would like to wash clothes.

Pros: Просторе помешкання, недалеко від аеропорту, прекрасний вид на океан, легко дістатись до всіх локацій на авто

Pros: E locul perfect pentru a petrece timpul in Madeira pentru o familie de maximum 4-5 persoane, cu o priveliste frumoasa spre ocean si spre pista de aterizare a aeroportului. Piscina a avut si ea un rol important, avand ocazia sa te racoresti, dupa o zi calduroasa de vizitat imprejurimile.

Casa da Morena: Erholung mit Wow-Effekt für Groß und Klein

Pros: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Casa da Morena – ein echtes Highlight, vor allem für unsere 4-jährige Tochter! Besonders beeindruckend waren die landenden Flugzeuge, die direkt vor uns über dem Meer vorbeiflogen. Für unsere Kleine war das jedes Mal ein spannendes Erlebnis – fast wie ein tägliches kleines Abenteuer. Und keine Sorge: Der Fluglärm war überraschend wenig störend und hat unser Wohlbefinden in keiner Weise beeinträchtigt. Die Unterkunft selbst war perfekt: sauber, gemütlich, gut ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Man spürt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem sehr praktisch, mit Strand, Supermarkt und Wandermöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Mietwagen ist trotzdem ein Muss! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit! 🌞✈️🌺
