Treat yourself : perfectly equipped, perfectly managed

Pros: Great property that looks exactly like in the pictures or even better. Fully equipped with everything you need and more. Excellent property managers with amazingly fast turn-around times. Location is very close to the airport which I found super convenient for my early departure (you see and hear the planes during the day). If you travel in cold season, plan ahead because the jacuzzi needs 3+ hours to heat up. In summer, I can imagine that the bedrooms may get stuffy (no A/C; too loud for open windows). Check for the cleaning fee before you confirm the booking.

Great stay, but could use an AC in the bedroom.

Pros: It was modern and clean, the host were very helpful and the view was beautiful. Everything anyone could ever need for a short stay was available at the property.

Cons: No Air conditioning in the bedroom. It was unbearably hot, even with open window. Open window also meant that you are forced to listen dogs below crying all night.

Great holiday home, great facilities and base for touring around Madeira.

Pros: The location was up a very steep hill which we walked up after dinner in the town most nights. Less able people would struggle with the location if on foot. Even with a car it is very steep. Could be made clearer in the profile of the property.

Cons: The house was great however very noisy through the night with barking dogs around the residential area. Nothing anyone can do about that unfortunately. Not the owner of the properties issue.

Pros: Genialny widok na lądujące i startujące samoloty, jacuzzi na balkonie robi robotę, cisza spokój, garaż. Idealna baza wypadowa. Polecam z czystym sumieniem!

Pros: Veľmi pekne ubytovanie s garážou a super vybavením

Cons: Nepripravená posteľ perina nebola oblečená

War eine tolle Erfahrung

Pros: Tolle Aussicht! Auch wenn sich manche über den Fluglärm beschweren, uns hat er nicht gestört. Ich konnte tolle Fotos von Start und Landungen machen. Uns fehlten einige Dinge wie Geschirrtuch, Flaschenöffner..... Wir haben es gemeldet und prompt bekommen - danke sehr! In der Küche war von der Kaffeemaschine über die Mikrowelle alles vorhanden. Gute Ausstattung vom Geschirr. Eigene Garage vorhanden.

Pros: Dobrze urządzone mieszkanie, wspaniały widok na wschód słońca. Dogodna lokalizacja blisko lotniska, bardzo dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Madery.

Cons: Niestety zauważyłyśmy kilka karaluchów. Dojazd do mieszkania dość trudny, ale taka jest też specyfika tej wyspy, więc trzeba być tego świadomym.

Pros: Appartement spacieux, propre, bien équipé, bien conçu et offrant une vue magnifique sur l’océan La literie est bien mais un lit plus grand (160 cm) serait top

Cons: Voiture indispensable (pente très raide de 400-500 mètres ; je n’ai jamais réussi à la monter en seconde) ; piste de l’aéroport à proximité (mais bonne isolation phonique et thermique)

Piękny i wygodny apartament na stromym zboczu (z wszystkimi zaletami i wadami tego zestawienia ;D)

Pros: Piękny apartament z wygodnym garażem (co jest rzadkością na wyspie). To bardzo duży komfort, jeśli wypożycza się samochód bo trudno tu o miejsca parkingowe, a jeśli już są to często są zlokalizowane na bardzo wąskich i stromych drogach. Apartament miał dwa poziomy, na górze garaż, sypialnie i łazienka, na dole część dzienna z kuchnią i dodatkowym WC. Piękny taras z fajnym widokiem, dużo światła, na tarasie jacuzzi, które naprawdę fajnie działa. Kuchnia świetnie wyposażona, łazienka spora i wygodna - samo miejsce również świetne jako punkt wypadowy do zwiedzania wyspy. Lotnisko jest blisko - w ciągu dnia słychać przelatujące samoloty (podchodzą do lądowania przed apartamentem) ale nie latają nocą więc nie jest to uciążliwe - dla nas bardziej fajna ciekawostka do oglądania z tarasu.

Cons: Teoretycznie blisko centrum, ale ulica jest mega stroma, z dość agresywnym nawrotem na początku. Powrót z miasteczka na nogach kosztuje przez to sporo wysiłku, a jeśli ktoś nie radzi sobie z prowadzeniem samochodu to też może mieć mały problem z dotarciem do apartamentu (uliczka jest wąska i stroma, przy mijaniu się z autami z naprzeciwka trzeba dobrze pracować sprzęgłem i ręcznym żeby w ogóle ruszyć). Łóżka były dość twarde (ale to trochę kwestia gustu) + poza sezonem zapas ciepłej wody szybko się wyczerpuje (grzeją ją chyba tylko panele na dachu). Więcej wad nie odnotowałem :)

Pros: Потрясающий вид на океан, прекрасно оборудованные, стильные и удобные апартаменты, моментальное реагирование персонала на все вопросы.

Cons: Мы отдыхали в декабре. Нам было очень комфортно.
