Pros: Ottima posizione , casa dotata di tutti i confort e meticolosa attenzione al livello di sicurezza (estintori, coperte antincendio , kit di pronto soccorso.Mariana e Humberto molto gentili e disponibili

Cons: Unica pecca : l’umidità.La casa è molto umida , l’odore di umidità /muffa è forte e anche le pareti mostrano evidenti macchie . Il tutto probabilmente accentuato dal fatto che siamo stati a gennaio e non ad agosto, da migliorare

Great communication from booking to checkout. Had a small ant problem which was taken care of right away. Nice property

Pros: Nice apartment on 3 levels, nice size rooms with comfortable beds. The rooftop terrace had nice views. Great location.

Cons: Narrow busy street with no sidewalk, dangerous to step out of front door. Building next door currently being demolished, lots of noise and unsightly (not the fault of this property owner, but wish we had been made aware in advance though).

Pros: Krásný domek blízko pláže. Plně vybavený, nově rekonstruovaný. Pro čtyři ubytované spoustu místa. Prostorná terasa. Město Santa Cruz je jedinečné svou klidnou atmosférou. Možnost pozorovat provoz na letišti FNC, pěší dostupnost vyhlídkových míst na dráhu letiště.

Cons: Blízkost vysoké budovy hotelu - lehce narušuje soukromí terasy.
