Fantastic!

Pros: This accommodation is beautifully located, overlooking the mountains and the sea. The location is peaceful and quiet. This was one of the best equipped properties I’ve ever stayed at, with a large fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, lovely rooms and many bits and bobs around the house that end up being useful. Berta is the kindest and most responsive host. We’ll definitely come back!

Great!

Pros: The location is very quiet and relaxing. Perfect if you want to have your peace. Nevertheless it just takes 10 minutes walking and you get to the center of the village with shops, restaurants and a very nice market during the weekend. The house is very cozy and nicely equipped with all you need. After arrival lat at night, we found everything you need for the breakfast like bread, butter, jam, cheese, ... great.

Cons: There is really not that much to complain about.

Don’t even think of booking anything else. We loved it.

Pros: Location, it’s like in the tropical garden, all the small details in the house. Eg board games, complimentary bread and snacks, coffee, firewood

Cons: Neighbors roosters. Bring earplugs if that wakes you up

Pros: Nestled in the heart of nature, this charming house offers a tranquil escape. The surroundings are serene, with abundant Madeiran greenery and tall trees. The cozy living room features a fireplace, perfect for evenings by the fire, and plenty of wood is provided. The hammock outside is ideal for relaxation, and you might even have some very friendly chickens pay a visit. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedrooms ensure a pleasant stay. Very friendly and attentive hosts. Overall, the localization in pretty secluded and but with an easy (car!) access to everything on the island. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway in nature, this house is a great choice.
