Comfortable house

Pros: Very spacious house with a beautiful view. Fairly priced. Well equipped, has everything you need. The city of Santa Cruz is very cute and has restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Host is friendly and can be reached easily through messages (we never met her in person). Host was flexible with the check in, and we were able to arrive early.

Cons: We booked the house, which according to booking has four bedrooms. However when we arrived only two were available. We called the host and she explained that since we booked as a couple, we didn't get access to the other bedrooms. While a reasonable policy, this is not communicated transparently. The house is very close to the airport and you hear the planes. Personally it did not bother us, neither during sleep, but it's something to be aware of. We experienced a big problem with cockroaches in the house, mostly on the terrace, but also in the kitchen and bedroom. We must have killed more than 50 cockroaches during our two weeks there. The host was helpful in trying to solve the problem and offered us pesticides/sprays to kill them. However the problem didnt leave and eventually lead to us not using the terrace anymore. If you have a (big) issue with cockroaches, be aware when booking this property.

Pros: logement très grand pouvant accueillir facilement 10 personnes. Très propre et tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine, linge etc...

Cons: cafard sur la terrasse mais dû au climat tropical de madère. Bombe à disposition dans le logement manquerait la climatisation

Confortable

Pros: La casa disponía de todas las necesidades, amplia, limpia y cómoda

Cons: HY que tener en cuenta la proximidad del aeropuerto

Pros: Duży, przestronny, jasny dom z pięknym widokiem na ocean. W okolicy sklep, targ z rybami i owocami oraz klika restauracji.

Cons: Bliskość lotniska sprawia że czasem bywa dość głośno. Jest to jednak spora atrakcja dla dzieci. Nasz syn był zachwycony i każdy poranek spędzał na tarasie oglądając lądujące i startujące samoloty.

Pros: Vederea spre ocean de la patio, decolarile de avione. Aeroportul se inchide cam de la orele unusprezece seara si era liniste si bine de dormit

Cons: Nu era masina de spalat vesela. Cu multe persoane obosite dupa calatorie foarte greu era de inteles cine va spala vesela

Pros: Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem, świetna lokalizacja, bliskość restauracji i lokalnych sklepów. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Świetna lokalizacja dla wielbicieli samolotów.

Stupendo

Pros: Eccellente abitazione, la signora Lina una persona 100%disponibile, ho dovuto chiamarla al una del mattino e lei e stata gentilissima. Consiglio a tutti. Grazie

Pros: Da casa. Tem excelentes condições. Os quartos e as camas muito espaçosos. Boas varandas com vista para o mar. A anfitriã foi excelente com o nosso grupo.

Pros: Duża przestrzeń, jasne mieszkanie, zadbane, wielki taras z meblami. Blisko do portu oraz do głównej drogi

Cons: Ciężko trafić do domku, stare patelnie.

Maravillosa

Pros: El alojamiento está genial y Lina es muy atenta y amable, nos facilitó el check in y el check out. Una casa muy grande y amplia, perfecto para viajar en grupo y las vistas espectaculares.

Cons: Los aviones se escuchan bastante porque el aeropuerto está al lado.
