Excellent host and great property.

Pros: Once booked, André the host got in touch to introduce himself. He sent through videos and information about the villa and the surrounding area which was a great help. André is the perfect host and always offering to help . The villa is the perfect choice for a visit to Madeira with excellent facilities and convenient for Santa Cruz and Funchal. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay and you won't be disappointed.

Pros: Andre was a fantastic host, from the pre arrival videos to his friendly welcome and helpful advice during our stay. The house is well located to the airport and Funchal. The sun rises were spectacular, look forward to coming again

Perfect

Pros: Great location with beautifull views. House is spacious and has an authentic Madeiran vibe. Host was very responsive to bring items we felt missing (e.g. fans as the nights were warm).

Cons: Nothing, just be aware aircraft land at FNC and that is really spectacular to wittness and they don’t land ar night.

Wonderful villa stay

Pros: Beautiful villa and excellent facilities. The pool is gorgeous. The location close to the village is perfect. The villa is very spacious and clean. The neighbourhood is very quiet and peaceful. The host is very helpful and is available to provide helpful advice for in and around Madeira.

Cons: The villa is close to the airport so planes fly close to it when landing. The noise is not continuous but can a bother when it is late at night (around 11.30pm) and early morning (4.30am).
