Away from tourist madness in a quiet environment.

Pros: This house is superb. decorated with passion, really nice view, the hammock 😎, outdoor fireplace/BBQ.

Great house with a beautiful sunrise terrace!

Pros: The house has a really great view, it is well equipped and had all we needed. It was super nice to wake up to the sunrise.

Cons: I assume it is most of Madeira property but it was sometimes cold and humid inside. This is not an issue per se due to the climate and this could be fixed by setting a cozy fire in the fireplace.

Pros: Clean and tidy, comfy pillows, nice views, good parking place

Cons: Very hot rooms on the second floor, no AC, no fans, impossible to sleep in hot weather. A strong smell of mold in the house, all furniture looks used and shabby. No water outside, so if you do BBQ you have to jump in and out to the kitchen.

Peaceful family holiday home, perfect to relax and explore

Pros: Comfy beds, beautiful airy house. The position on the edge of a village close to the forest opened up many local beautiful walks. Perfect base for exploring this side of the island. Wonderful facilities for both indoor and outdoor dining. Peaceful, quiet location at the top of the village with views towards the ocean. To get the best out of exploring the area, it would definitely be best to have a car. Make sure you take the time to walk from the house up to the Boca de Volta's viewpoint. Spectacular views, perfect picnic spot.

Cons: It was quite tricky to turn into the driveway. I found it easier to reverse from the quiet lane outside.

Pros: Superbe maison avec tous ce dont vous avez besoin! Thermopompe, laveuse et sécheuse à linge, grande salle à manger, terrasse, portail d'accès privé. Bref, tout était parfait

Pros: Maison très charmante, bien située au nord de l'île , jolie vue le matin sur l'océan et les montagnes. Pas loin de balades et levadas Literie bonne , terrasse sympathique
