A great stay
Pros: Great facilities such as well equipped kitchen. Plenty of wood for the burner (chilly in the evening due to the time of year). Peaceful area. Lovely and helpful for collection of the key to the property.

A fantastic place for relaxing
Pros: A fantastic place for people who love nature and peace. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, very clean, comfortable beds, wood ready if you want to light a fire in the fireplace, outdoor grill, wonderful view of the ocean and mountains. The host is super helpful and very kind, responds very quickly to all requests, trying to make our stay a complete success. I highly recommend it.

Great property in silent area
Pros: The home has lots of space, great kitchen, rooms with plenty of beds, two bathrooms and all the needed utensils and tools were provided. It was the most comfortable accomodation out of 4 I had been to on Madeira. The house is quite isolated, yet 10 minutes away there is a huge supermarket. The parking is right in front of the house entrance. Great place! Dehumidifier and movable heaters were quite useful and needed. It was quite cold on some days in April.
Cons: The key transfer was a bit troubling, as the Bar where the initial recieving of the keys was supposed to happen was closed and unreachable by the phone. Couldn't reach the owner by the phone, too. So it was quite a concerning situation. Within 30 minutes the owner did answer the message on Booking and had arranged that the person with the key would come to meet us. Eventually, within an hour we did get into the house. While the resolution was pretty quick, the situation shouldn't have been like that in the first place. ---- Completely unrelated to the property: on one day the main 2 exits from the village were locked due to the preparation to the race between 9:00 and 12:40. That pretty much locked us inside. There is a tiny unmantained 5km road as a workaround that I did end up to use to leave the village, but it had large holes in the asphalt, fallen rocks, trees and was so narrow that two cars wouldn't pass by one-another for hundreds of meters. I did get through with some stops and assistance by the co-passengers, but do not recommend to take it otherwise.

Cons: Si que es cierto que a pesar de que la ubicación era más o menos centrada en la isla, la carretera hasta el apartamento era de muchas curvas y larga

Beau séjour dans une maison idyllique, très confortable, avec le chant des oiseaux...
Pros: Emplacement fabuleux: dans la nature sur les hauteurs, au calme, sans voisins immédiats, avec vue sur la mer. La maison est de très grande qualité, avec même 2 salles de bain!
Cons: Il faut juste savoir qu'on est localisé sur la côte Nord de l'île, brumeuse et humide, le linge ne sèche pas très bien, mais c'est la géographie de l'île qui est comme ça.

Un soggiorno meraviglioso, immersi nel verde e nella quiete: consigliatissima!
Pros: L’host è stato gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Il ritiro delle chiavi è semplice, avviene in un bar a pochi minuti di auto dalla casa. Abbiamo trovato l’alloggio pulito, ben attrezzato e accogliente, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno senza pensieri. La posizione è perfetta per chi cerca tranquillità: immersa nella natura, con una vista splendida sulla costa. In zona c’è anche un supermercato ben fornito, molto comodo per la spesa.
Cons: La casa è piuttosto umida, soprattutto nei bagni, ma con il camino e i condizionatori si riesce a gestire bene la situazione nelle altre stanze. Va anche considerato che si trova in una zona un po’ isolata: per raggiungere le attrazioni principali dell’isola serve almeno 40 minuti di auto, ma per noi non è stato un problema, anzi, ne è valsa la pena.

Pros: Lo bien equipada que está y la ubicación en la naturaleza.
Cons: Las telas de araña que había en muchas de las esquinas de las habitaciones de la casa.
