Very nice beach house!
Pros: Very nice beach house, close to the number one beach in Madeira. We liked that there were plenty of things for the beach: chairs, and wave boards for the kids. The living room also had lots of board games for the whole family.

Pros: Beautiful location, good acommodation, all that you need.
Cons: The only thing that there were roadworks at this location and because we were with a car a luggage, it was stressful and inconvenient. We couldn't get into the acommodation the very first day due to the barriers and road works in process. The work stopped in the late evenings and we could get in. We had to alter our plans due to this.

Pros: Pouvoir rentrer notre voiture dans la cour. Bien situé, permet d’accéder à la plage à pied (ça monte un peu).
Cons: Decoration dans son jus, manque de prises électriques dans les chambres. On a pas vraiment la vue sur mer.

Pros: I traveled with 2 friends and all 3 of us were very happy with this property. The property is well maintained and a great base for exploring the island. All the facilities including the kitchen and bathroom worked great. The house was well stocked with beach towels and kitchen tools. We were surprised how spacious the property was, could easily fit more people. Seixal is such a charming town with kind and welcoming people. There are a good amount of tourists during the afternoon but far it's less crowded than other spots on the island. The black sand beach and the natural pools are stunning. I want to visit Madeira again and I would definitely book this property again! This property is good for people looking for a more laid-back nature/beach oriented vacation as Seixal is far away from the busier southern side of the island. This property was exactly what I wanted for this trip.
Cons: The hosts kindly provided a dehumidifier which was helpful. It did get humid inside the house which is just a product of the climate. We ran it multiple times.

Pros: Tolle Lage (Sandstrand und Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe), grosszügiges Haus mit viel Platz, v.a. im Wohnzimmer und in der Küche. Ausstattung der Küche ist auch sehr gut. Ebenfalls die Spielsachen für die Kinder waren sehr willkommen.
Cons: Geschirr und Schränke rochen teilweise etwas modrig. Grundsättlich aber alles sehr sauber. Bad unten ist von den Platzverhältnissen sehr eng, selbst für schmale Menschen. Auch das \

Pros: Maison spacieuse, proche de la plage. Il y a un supermarché juste à côté, très pratique. On peut facilement garer sa voiture. Belle vue de la petite terrasse du 1er étage. Quelques jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons reçu toutes les informations sur la maison par mail. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Cons: La cuisine pourrait être un peu rénovée.

Sehr gut gelegenes, geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus.
Pros: Sehr gute Lage. Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants liegen in der Nähe. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sehr geräumig. Sowohl im Innenbereich als auch im Außenbereich ist genug Platz für 6 Personen. Beide Badezimmer sind mit einer Dusche ausgestattet. Gute und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Schöne Aussicht vom Außenbereich. Vom Balkon in der ersten Etage aus sieht man auch das Meer.
Cons: Auf dem Grundstück vor dem Haus ist Platz für ein Auto. Leider setzten unsere beiden Mietwagen (Nissan Micra und Renault Clio) an der Schwelle des Tores auf, sodass wir den Parkplatz nicht nutzen konnten.

Amazing location, huge house.
Pros: The location is excellent - beach 5 minute walk away, shop with everything you need just across the road. The house was huge! Nice balcony to sit out on, everything you could need for self catering.
Cons: It is all a bit dated, and the curtains could do with a wash. There are 3 rooms marked staff only, and they weren't all together, which was a bit weird. The kitchen is dark.
