Spacious house, amazing location, and fully equipped!
Pros: We really enjoyed our stay! We were five people, and the house felt perfect for us. It is very spacious, in a privileged location with breathtaking views, and equipped with all the utensils and amenities we needed, including washing and drying machines, a dishwasher, and even a garage inside the house. The space really allows you to feel at home. On top of that, the host was always in contact, very present and available throughout our stay, and open to feedback, which added greatly to the overall experience. Everything was comfortable and convenient, and overall it was a 10/10 experience.
Cons: Although there are three excellent bathrooms, the one in the main bedroom only has a bathtub. Adding some support bars would be useful, especially for older guests, as well as a holder for the shower to allow hands-free use.

We loved our stay!
Pros: The house was incredibly spacious and offered a breathtaking view of the ocean. It came equipped with all the amenities we could possibly need, and everything was well-maintained and clean. There was a convenient shop nearby, which made it easy to grab any essentials during our stay. The host was kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Seixal is such a gem!
Cons: If you're looking for a beautiful ocean view, this place definitely delivers—but it's worth noting that the house is located on a very steep hill, which can make driving there a bit challenging. One small detail we missed during our stay was the absence of wall hangers for coats and jumpers. Given the humid weather, it was difficult to dry damp clothes, so having a few hooks would have made a big difference in keeping things organized and dry.

Pros: Very beautiful place) with incredible views. The house is large and very clean. Equipped with everything you need. Wonderful beach with black sand The beach is within walking distance. We did not want to leave it.

A fantastic stay in a lovely villa in one of the most beautiful villages in Madeira
Pros: The views are amazing. Would never tire of waking up to that stunning view along the coastline. Very well equipped. Supermarket on your doorstep!
Cons: The beds were really hard and uncomfortable. A visitors guide pack for the villa would have been useful. The road up to the villa is really steep and narrow and parking in the garage was a challenge!

Mooie villa.
Pros: Geweldig huis, uitgeruste keuken, verschillende terrasjes. Garage is zeker een pluspunt. Prachtig uitzicht. Zeer goede bedden, 's nachts heel rustig. Hier wordt je helemaal zen. Strand, winkel, bar, restaurant, ... allemaal op wandelafstand.
Cons: Weg ernaartoe is stijl en parkeren in de garage is een uitdaging maar het is de moeite waard. Je krijgt er veel voor terug.

Pros: Superbe maison, 4 chambres, 2 très belles salles de bain, très confort! Extrêmement bien située, à 5 minutes de la plage de sable noir de Seixal, superbe. Proche de Porto Moniz également avec ses magnifiques piscines naturelles.
