Pros: Nice house in a beautiful garden, far from everything and thus very quiet. Fully equipped, but we did not use the kitchen. Plenty of warm water for the shower. Perfect place for those who want to enjoy their holiday home - there is a barbecue installation and dining terrace… however, as we mainly toured the island and ate out, we never got to benefit from all - thus, for a place to sleep it was overpriced.

Cons: It’s extremely well hidden on an obscure narrow street, just large enough for one car, and incredibly steep. Somehow the locals did not find the common sense to declare it a one-way road so you need not to pray for not having to face another car each time you enter or exit. We were lucky, as there is no huge traffic there, anyway. It’s not marked, so I had to ask a neighbor which house is it… Upon arrival, the dehumidifier was working at full regime, and there was a damp smell, which vanished after a few minutes of aeration…

Lovey well equipped cottage in tranquil location with beautiful view

Pros: Lovely little cottage in a beautiful location. Equipped with everything you could possibly need and it is just the right size for four people. Lovely little garden with BBQ facilities and so peaceful. We would definitely visit again and are so glad that we choose Santa Barbara rather than the main town.

Cons: Our only complaint was the lack of sheets on two of the beds and the failure of the host to respond to our request to supply some. If we’d have had sheets I would have given 10/10

Pros: Прекрасный вид на холмы, не стоит ожидать хорошего вида на океан. Тихое место, дом хорошо оборудован для проживания, очень чисто.

Pros: We loved the pergola where we had all our breakfasts and dinners. The house decor is nice and cozy and it had all we needed to cook. The house is located in a peaceful area of the island, close to Sao Laurentio beach.

Cons: The team (I believe the property is handled by some kind of estate agency and not directly by the owner, but I might be wrong) wasn't really responding to my questions even before the stay, and when they were, the answer were not accurate (for example I asked if the house was provided with salt and oil to cook, they told me it wasn't, so I bought all the stuff which took a lot of space in my luggages, just to find out there was salt, pepper and oil once arrived). Nothing serious, but I would have appreciated a bit more cooperation. Also, the toilet seat is worn out, some parts are black and some parts are yellow, which I think is unacceptable. The house was clean but the toilet seat needs to be changed.
