We would return anytime no hesitation!

Pros: The location is as beautiful and even more than advertised. The hosts are super helpful and you can sense their love for their establishment through out the property. This is the place to book for a couple getaway in Madeira.

Cons: This is not negative but make sure you are in good shape because there is a lot stairs to access the property. It is sitting on a terrasse that used to be a banana plantation so there are many different levels on the property.

A room with a view

Pros: The highlights of the accommodation are the stunning sea view, the peaceful atmosphere, and definitely the pool overlooking the ocean. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, and the kitchenette is perfectly adequate for preparing breakfast (which you can enjoy on the lovely terrace) or a simple evening meal such as a pasta salad. Oh, and the Nespresso coffee machine is certainly a nice bonus as well. Jorge, one of the owners, is very friendly and helpful. He proactively shares tips about the area and possible activities. I would definitely recommend this accommodation for couples.

Cons: Not really a downside, but you do need a car if you want to get around beyond the accommodation. Calheta beach is theoretically within walking distance, but due to the steep elevation difference it's practically an impossible walk.

Pros: We loved our stay here so much! It was so beautiful. And Jorge is absolutely beautiful, so kind and accomodating, and quick to respond to questions. We can’t wait to come back. Best shower I’ve had, the rain head shower was so nice. The room was clean and cool and modern, really well done. A kitchen with everything you need. Lovely pool area as well.

Cons: The balcony is shared with the neighbour’s one. Not a big deal but good to know if you want complete privacy. The neighbours walk past your room to get to theirs. You need a car to go anywhere from here but that’s all of Madeira really. The location and the view is SO worth it.

Pros: Everything was perfect! Hosts are great - Jorge provided all the necessary information and recommendations. Accommodation is unbelievable as well as a view from it. Comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. An insignificant recommendation is to add a small shelf in the shower to put stuff there instead of the floor. Hope to stay there another time.

Pros: Absolutely beautiful spot on the hill overlooking the sea with a stunning view. The grounds and the swimming pool are also wonderful. The rooms are beautifully designed. Bed super comfy! The owner is super friendly, helpful and attentive!

Cons: Nothing, it was great! You do need a car though unless you are happy to Uber/bolt to and from

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely beautiful, and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended!

Perfect stay in Calheta!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay and having breakfast on the balcony each morning overlooking the sea! The room is great and the bad super comfy. Jorge was very helpful before arrival and Rosa was super friendly when we got there. The stairs are humbling but keep you fit ;)

Cons: Nothing, wish we could have stayed longer

Cons: There were some constructions going on next to the Suites. It was a bit noisy during the day. But it seems to be a usual thing around Madeira.

Pros: This place was so amazing. The style of the suites and the pool were perfect. Jorge made us feel very welcome and helped us with many amazing tips regarding exploring the area. 10/10!
