Comfortable stay in a great location

Pros: Comfortable beds, big bathroom with hot water, excelente breakfast with various options

Cons: Limited parking. We were ok at the period we visited but I guess during high season it would be impossible to find a spot

Pros: Sara from the reception was very nice with us. We had a small problem and she fix it. We appreciate it!

Exceptional location and staff

Pros: We like the location near the beach and the center of town. The staff at reception - Sophia, Sara and Natasha always very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast.

Pros: The staff was absolutely lovely, they were forthcoming, helped with all our requests. The breakfast was nice. The location is very good, especially if you are lucky and get a room with a view to the ocean. The local market, the shops, restaurants are 20 meters away from the hotel.

Cons: The hotel has no own parking space. We had to use one of the public parking houses which was quite expensive this way. The management could sign a deal with any of those houses to allow parking for a lower fee. Renting a few places.... (By the way: contrary to the reviews, you can pay by card for the parking)

Pros: The quality of services was great. The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and the towels were changed. The location is also PERFECT. Its in the middle of the island so its not hard to go to different places. Its also located near the sea and near a lot of restaurants. Me and my boyfriend LOVED out stay here. We really recomend this hotel if you are visiting Madeira.

Cons: The only thing we didnt quite like is parking. The hotel has only 3 parking spots but overall its not hard to find a different parking spot so it wasnt that big of a problem.

Cons: The parking situation sucks. Everywhere you have to pay, the hotel has like 3 parking spots, always full. They don't even mention the existence of the parking.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable stay

Pros: The hotel was in a great location next to shops, beach and restaurants. The room was comfortable and the views were breathtaking

Cons: The walls were paper thin so you could hear the guests on either side talking.

Good price/value for location

Pros: Perfect location, groceries just a few meters walk just like the beaches. Easy to find. Older hotel but has all you need for a night in there.
