Pros: It was our second stay at this awesome location. The scenery of the location is beautiful, the facility has a wonderful design and the staff is professional, supportive and friendly. From swimming in the pool at sunrise to the excellent dinner at night, it is a good place yo enjoy life.

Cons: You feel proud of yourself when you have mamaged the temperature of the pool in the morning hours ;-)

A Truly Exceptional Hotel

Pros: This is the third time we have stayed here. It really is an exceptional hotel in so many ways. The location, the setting and the design of the hotel is amazing. The rooms are generous in size, nicely furnished and many have excellent views. The breakfast is really good and also the evening meals. The staff are all lovely and so helpful. We will be back.

Fab breakfast and relaxing stay

Pros: Amazing breakfast. My favourite meal of the day when I’m on holidays and this place didn’t let me down! Very comfy spacious room and balcony with big bathroom. The balcony was great for doing yoga on 😊 Beautiful grounds and very relaxing pool area.

Cons: Parking or lack of guarantee of actually getting parking.

Pros: Location is stunning. Very nice staff. Good beds but rooms a little bit smaller than expected. Extraordinary breakfast. We did eat dinner at the hotel each night. Good quality on seafood.

Quality and relax

Pros: Almost everything. Great views, excellent food (breakfast and dinner), fantastic massage, nice personel, the pool, gardens, clean and comfortable. The best hotel in Madeira we stayed, and a place to come back, no doubt.

Cons: We were moved to a different hotel first night because of overbooking. We found it unacceptable. At checkout, they wanted us to pay the room although it was already payed in advance

Beautiful location and wonderful staff

Pros: Absolutely perfect location with amazing views and the pool/spa area were second to none. Staff were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. There were also friendly resident dogs, didn’t bother you if you didn’t want to be bothered, but for dog lovers like us Poncha and Stella made the trip extra special.
