Beautiful house in Madeira
Pros: Everything was perfect! Beautifully located with breathtaking mountain and ocean views - it’s the best sunset spot in Madeira (directly from your terrace!). The house was spotless, in a quiet area, with a lovely small pool and lounge chairs all around. The beds were super comfortable, and communication with the agency was excellent.
Cons: Some previous reviews mentioned a nearby construction site and small worms in the house - both are true, but there’s really nothing to worry about. The construction site isn’t visible from the property, you can only see a crane, and it’s very quiet. As for the little worms or ants - they’re common all over the island - you might notice one or two occasionally, but they’re completely harmless.

Great spacious house with a lovely little pool, but reservations about the location.
Pros: House is amazing, light, spacious. Beautiful bedrooms, large beds, lots of storage, lovely bathrooms. great little pool right outside the sitting room. Good access to the island of Madeira. Very well organised handover of keys etc.
Cons: Location is a bit odd. you are on a seemingly quiet suburban street but quite a bit of revving engines and dogs barking especially at night. Busy traffic and no pavements in the 'village' so can't stroll around. It was very hot at night so either fans or aircon would be welcome. The pool and sun terrace are very visible to passing cars - if that bothers you.

Pobyt bez problemów.
Pros: Dom z niedużym ale fajnym basenem bardzo komfortowy. Miejsce na relaks na balkonie. Przekazanie domu przed i po pobycie bez najmniejszych problemów. Kontakt przed przybyciem i przed wymeldowaniem. Bardzo dobre miejsce wypadowe na zwiedzanie wyspy. Brak parkingu ale zawsze wolne miejsce na ulicy pod samym domem. Pełne wyposażenie do przygotowania grilla. My akurat nie korzystaliśmy ale jak ktoś to lubi to jest tu wszystko.
Cons: Troszkę więcej wyposażenia w kuchni by się przydało. Typowa patelnia do jajecznicy czy kubki na kawę, szklanki do drinków tak aby wszystkiego było na 6 osób. Na tyle wynajęliśmy dom. Byłoby miło.

Pros: Beautiful house. Felt like home. Blankets, bathrobes, fully equipped kitchen, and so on. Perfect for family movie nights, little pool party or pilates class on terrace :) Beautiful views, good location, calm and safe.
Cons: We loved everything. I think these are details, but maybe someone is fragile, so I’ll say that there were tiny tiny creatures in the pool. Looked like little leeches but we were swimming and nobody got hurt. Also - few cockroaches, but only in the kitchen outside and it is almost inevitable in this climate and when house is rented and not lived in (difficult to control it).

Pros: Проживание превзошло все ожидания! Вилла просто потрясающая — уютная, просторная, со вкусом оформлена и с невероятным видом на океан 🌊. Каждая деталь продумана: от удобной кухни до милых мелочей вроде свечей, пледов и ароматов в доме. Терраса — отдельная любовь! Завтрак с видом на Атлантику — это то, ради чего хочется вернуться 💙 Хозяева — внимательные и доброжелательные, всегда на связи. Расположение очень удачное: тихо, красиво, и всё в пределах быстрой поездки. Остались в восторге и уже планируем возвращение. Спасибо за волшебный отдых!
