Well appointed spacious property with pool and panoramic views

Pros: It was spacious with many facilities and amazing panoramic views

Cons: Nothing of importance

Pros: We liked everything. The configuration of the open stairs made us feel in a cosy space, although the house is huge. The views are amazing and indeed it is very sunny. The pool could be warmer, (we were there in February), but it is great, and the kid used it. The kitchen is well equipped. We felt safe and in a lovely location. The house is just 8 minutes away from a beautiful boulevard with many restaurants, and a calm beach. The garage is very convenient.

The villa is an amazing value for money for our vacation and had more than enough facilities

Pros: First of all, the size and the airiness of the villa was great. Everything was clean, and there were a lot of facilities available (like an airfryer, both, waffle and sandwich makers in the kitchen, coffee machines, washing machine and drier for laundry, an exclusive full-sized bathroom for the pool). Towels were available in every room, and even beach towels for everyone. The TV in the living room was a considerable size, paired together with a soundbar. The couch is also a recliner, great for watching movies. The master bedroom looks a lot better than in the pictures, with new furniture, which also touches on some of the issues mentioned in the older comments, such as a new bed, window curtains and storage space, so I would recommend updating the pictures on the platform. There were a lot of small touches that really improved the quality of living there.

Cons: The front gate (NOT the garage door) was a little troublesome on closing, as it would open back up by itself after closing, but we ended up using it in manual mode so it would stay closed while we were away. Another thing is that in the room with the pool table there was a little crack between the middle window sills through which a few droplets of water would infiltrate and end up on the floor in the room, but that only happened during very heavy rain and it should be a quick fix.

A lovely stay in a beautiful villa

Pros: The house is beautiful. A unique architecture, great taste in decor and so spacious! The outdoors is very enjoyable too, with tables, a pool and an amazing view. We spent a lovely time in this villa.

Cons: Only negative point I would add: the strong sunlight that comes through the windows early in the morning. Since the rooms have a circular form, I suppose it wasn’t possible to set window blinds. So I would suggest putting some darker or double curtains there to make it more cozy.

Pros: The House is amazing. Very well equipped, the heated pool is the cherry on top of the cake and the air conditioning make the house fresh in the warmest weather! Definitely coming back :)

Lovely home, great view

Pros: Attractive property. We enjoyed having a heated pool and billiards table. Beds and couch were comfortable. Great view. Good wifi.

Cons: A few additional kitchen items such as sizzors, paring knife, serated knife would have been appreciated. Information sheet on living in the home, such as instructions for garbage, how the pool is maintained.

Perfect location for a restful Madeira holiday.

Pros: Stunning property in a beautiful location. Sun right through until sunset, and the pool area isn't overlooked. Good wi-fi, well-equipped kitchen, on-site parking. Short drive to Calheta with excellent restaurants, supermarket and beach. Local restaurant, bars and shops just about within walking distance.

Cons: Some noise from the road in front of the house, and also from barking dogs through the night. A few minor maintenance issues, but probably all dealt with by the time this review is published. Some local information and house instructions would be helpful.
