Pros: Good location away from but near enough to Funchal. Car hire is essential. Spacious rooms, 2 double bedrooms with ensuite. The other 2 bedrooms with shared bathroom. Good size pool, amazing views.

Cons: The only minor issue was that not all the automated blinds worked.

Pros: The views from the house are incredible, probably one of the best on the island. The location is quite easy to get to and the heated pool is super nice, pretty large pool too.

Cons: Lack of air conditioning, which is usually standard on properties of this type in this area. General lack of towels in all bathrooms (even hand towels) and only one very thin pool towel per person.
